We had a wonderful experience with our service technician, Frank. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly regarding our bug issues we’ve been dealing with. His attention to detail and friendly attitude made the whole process stress-free. Thank you, Frank, for your excellent service!

I made an appointment two days prior with Terminix. The technician called the morning of to confirm the appointment and then sent me a text twenty minutes to arrival and ON TIME! Dylan greeted me with a smile and was wearing a Terminix shirt. He put on shoe covers and I showed him where we were seeing sawdust. He identified the problem within a minute and then pointed out all of the ants he could see. They were so small that we had missed them. He told me this was easily controlled by DIY and then showed me where to spray to control them. He also found them on our patio and told me what to look for. He also told me what to use inside our house if we see ants. He told me there would be NO CHARGE for today’s visit!! I was shocked because I called their main competitor first and they quoted me a price of over $1000.00 before they ever came to our house! Then, as he was leaving, I noticed a pink breast cancer ribbon on his car and he showed me a pink band on his arm. I am fighting breast cancer for the second time now and I shared that with him through tears. He noticed the wreath in my front door and asked if he could get a selfie for his coworker whose wife was just diagnosed. Dylan is my HERO and he was a huge blessing to me that day!!! We are so grateful for good people and HONEST BUSINESSES who aren’t trying to gouge people for their own gain. We will always use TERMINIX!!!

Matt Griffith our service tech is very good. He is always ready to provide excellent customer service. Quickly responds to any service needs we have. Takes the time to get to know my family and treats us like an old friend!

Dylan was terrific. He responded almost instantly each time I reached out regarding scheduling, and was very accommodating towards my tight schedule. I had had an earlier termite inspection when we purchased the home, but this was more thorough and clearly explained with great pictures. He provided a clear explanation of how best to protect this home from termites, along with the pros and cons of alternatives. He was very efficient and professional as well as personable and a delight to deal with. I was so impressed by his service I asked if he was the owner of a franchise within Terminix as opposed to an employee. Turns out he’s not; he just loves what he does and does it well. If you’re lucky enough to live in the area he covers (I’m in Franklin, IN, but I think he covers much of Indianapolis and the surrounding communities) I’d recommend him highly.

Ok, so some good and bad. Still giving this a 5-star however! The first time we had someone come out it was not a great experience in full honesty and transparency. The prior technician did not do a thorough job, nor did he check what was supposed to be checked. He spent more time sitting in his truck outside of my home than performing the service. Never knocked on the door, put cages over the exhaust outlets, and then left. Basically something I could’ve done myself for $25 and a little bit of time. Not what I paid for and what was agreed to based on the service agreement. Now for the good! When they sent Jim back out to redo the service and ensure everything was handled he did an excellent job. He took his time, made sure everything was out of our exhaust hoses, reinstalled the cages, checked our attic for any other activity or entry points, and disinfected the hoses and vents. It was a much better experience than with the first technician. He did everything that was outlined in the service agreement, and for that I am very grateful. Thanks, Jim!

Matt Griffith does a great job! He always checks in with me at the beginning of his service to ask if there are any areas of concern, whether inside or outside. I was really impressed when he came out and with cleat snow boots on!
