Terminix

I’ve made a comment in the email. Ethan was very professional. I’m very impressed on his concern for his customers. He added the extra baited stations. That needed to be done, and he did it before I could say anything about it. Since he asked did anyone come out & did a check in crawl space. Nobody have come out this yr. He did an inspection in the crawl space. He was very informed about what to check for, etc. Hopefully he’ll return next time. Thank you sir for ur honesty.

Love our guy Derek! He has been servicing us for years and is very thorough in the work he does. Super respectful of our home and gets the job done right the first time. Highly recommend!

I have always had a great experience with Terminix. Evan Miller has been especially helpful, going above and beyond to make sure all my concerns are addressed and that I'm always happy with his service. He has a great attitude and makes me feel that he truly cares

Lindsay has by far been my best Pest Control Technician since buying this house in 2001. Very professional, very good at her job and always a pleasure to visit with when she is here. Hoping she will return after having her baby, but understand she needs to do what’s best for her family. Wishing the best for you and your family Lindsay. Happy Holidays!

Update: This company did absolutely nothing to rectify their wrong doings, lies, or removing money from an account for service that wasn't received, don’t let their reviews or their responses fool you !!! If I could give them a zero review, I would. Absolutely horrible company, every associate, I have spoken to from this company has done nothing but lie. On the initial visit, Mr. Reynolds was told we couldn't afford the termite protection because my husband is a cancer patient, yet he went right around me and got my husband to sign, signing him up for services he was told we couldn’t afford !!!!!! After our calls being ignored for weeks, my husband finally got a hold of another Terminix associate who stated they'd cancel All contracts, remove the termite stations, which they did, and that we would be refunded $120, which we definitely never were, however they did come after us for over $900 due to a contract that should not have existed !!!!! Upon attempting resolution this entire company did nothing but lie, then proceeded to remove the money from our account illegally, I say illegally because access to the card they initially had was removed. Please, please, please consumers do not allow their good reviews to fool you as we did, if I ever see one of their associates on our property, I will instantly call the law, to me they're all liars, and I will never trust anyone from this company again.... Today, we are stuck with never receiving services we paid dearly for, huge holes where the termite stations were pulled, and seeking legal advice, because of a shady company with supposed good reviews, ALL I WANT IS THIS TO NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN, TO ANYONE ,AND THE DISCONTINUATION OF THIS COMPANY GETTING AWAY WITH IT !!!!!!

Brendan and Thomas were absolutely awesome. They saw an issue that hadn't been addressed and took it upon themselves to call and see that it is addressed. Very impressed with how they handled a situation that could have gone south quickly

I had an outstanding experience with Derick at Terminix! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to our pest control needs. He mentioned he has over 5 years of experience, and it really shows! Derick took the time to thoroughly inspect our home and explained every step of the process. My experience with Terminix has been a breeze in its entirety. We had been experiencing pest activity in our basement recently—let's say it was starting to look like the Amazon down there. We just had my sister's friend’s cousin move in, and she brought these critters with her! Critters everywhere—in her hair, on the ceiling—you’d think she just came out of the woods! They started biting my toes at night and I was about fed up until Seth showed up at my door and got us taken care of for a really good price too! Overall Derick’s friendly demeanor made us feel comfortable, he helped us get all the furniture out so we can burn it later. Hell, he even helped mount our brand bug free tv to the wall! It is safe to say we’re critter free! We really appreciated his commitment to ensuring our home was pest-free. He deserves a raise and a promotion for his exceptional service! Thanks to Derick’s expertise, we feel much more secure in our space. Highly recommend his services! Five stars!
