Loved getting the text that our technician was on the way. He was great. I wasn’t home and neither were the kids. Matthias went in and efficiently did what he needed to do. When all was done, he stayed to let me know that everything was all closed / locked up. Previous tech, Ratu, used to always do this too! Gave me great peace of mind.

Matthias was the tech to come visit my home. I was specifically dealing with an ant issue. He was fabulous! He Reached out with sooner availability and was very prompt on time! He was very knowledgeable and respectful as I have a pet in my home. I felt in good hands and would like to continue to work with him!

Ratu is an excellent technician! He always goes above and beyond with every service. Even when we weren’t home, he made sure to complete everything thoroughly, Czechdewebbing the play area, spraying around the perimeter, fence line, and even bringing in the trash can and spraying underneath. He’s professional, thoughtful, and takes pride in his work. I really appreciate the detailed communication after each visit and his genuine care for our home. Highly recommend Ratu and Terminix for anyone looking for reliable pest control service!

Sergio Ramirez serviced our property and did a great job. He asked us if there were any issues or areas of concern. We mentioned spiders and cobwebs. As well as spraying the usual places, he found and removed every cobweb. He was friendly and very thorough. We really appreciated his professionalism.

We get the regular Terminix quarterly service. Edwin is always pleasant to deal with. He lets me know ahead of time when he plans to be here, and once he’s here, he lets me know what he intends to do as well as any special service that may be required. I feel that I can depend on him to make sure that everything is being well taken care of.
