Texas True Appliance Repair

OUTSTANDING TIMELY SERVICE This was our first customer experience with Texas True Appliance Repair. Expectations were definitely exceeded. Colton Martin, technician was professional, timely, 10 plus years experienced in the field, quick to provide resolution, answer all our questions while providing education on topic. We found him to be an excellent communicator and someone who is highly committed to customer satisfaction. He made this experience for us positive and as an ambassador of Texas True Appliances insured this company for us will be our "go to" for all our future appliance repair needs.

Texas True has made regular customer out of me. I routinely have to do maintenance and repairs on different kitchen appliances. This was my first time trying Texas True, and I cannot say how satisfied I am with their service. The one taking phone calls, Bre, was great, very helpful, and always got me the info requested as best she could. The repairman, Derek, was fantastic. Quick on the repair, cleaned the coils, and let me know the work that was done. Very polite and respectful as well. Also, very affordable; the rates are competitive, and I don’t feel like they upcharge an insane percentage on parts and labor. I am looking forward to the next repair!

We’ve used Texas True a few times now, and they are always fantastic! Colton was the name of the repairman who came out yesterday to fix our dishwasher. He worked quickly and was so polite! He explained everything he was doing and very patiently answered all our questions. Their repairmen are always so wonderful and professional. The ONLY company we use!

Colton was very friendly and on time for the appointment. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it in under 15 minutes. He also explained the reasoning behind the issue and how he was fixing it. I felt comfortable that he was knowledgeable of the situation and never tried to overcharge for a fixable issue like other companies I’ve worked with in the past. 10/10 service!

Jason provided outstanding service. He was professional, courteous, and dedicated to ensuring our washing machine was repaired correctly. His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made the entire experience excellent. I would confidently recommend Texas True Appliances because of his service.

I called about 4 or 5 appliance repair shops and the quotes were sooo expensive! I almost spent 1500.00 for a new washer and dryer but decided to call Texas True(should have called them first) . The customer service was truly top-notch. The repairman Derrick was fantastic! He took the time to explain what was going on and answered all my questions patiently. It's refreshing to see someone who cares about their work and the people they help. I really appreciate the experience and would recommend him to anyone in need of repairs. You will not be disappointed.

Is there a 6 Star review level? If not, please (readers), consider this to be from that level! Derrick was (and has been) our service representative on a few previous occasions. He came and assessed our dryer problem. And while he was here, we asked if his company serviced outdoor gas grills, he said yes they did, and asked if he could take a look. He spent a half hour determining that our Weber grill had in fact seen its last hamburger and/or hot dog, though it had seen many, many prior! He did everything he could to raise that grill from its labored past, but it was not to be. Though he would not accept any benefit from his efforts, he made recommendations that will certainly help us! He gave us suggestions and several options, and we will follow through on these. During the entire appointment, he was gracious and thanked us for the opportunity we had given him. His character and work drive is that of "relationship" driven rather than the "sign on the bottom line" approach. Refreshing to say the least! I am thrilled to be able to give future patrons a look into who you might be greeting at your front door one day. This day has been a blessing because of our experience today with Derrick! Steve S.
