I had The Plumber Company service my Navien Combi System for a few years now, yesterday they came out and told me I needed a new system (we had been struggling with losing hot water, the heat not coming for quite some time) so I knew this to be true. The company that originally installed the unit was NOT even considered for servicing or new install, as they did a horrible installation. SEE PIC A, PIC B is the installation that The Plumber Company just did, what a dfference. This team of 3 did a fantastic job.

Excellent company and even better customer serviced. Saw a leak in my 5 yr old water heater 2/2/22 @ 9:00am. Spent about 1.5 hrs calling around, getting estimates. Not only did they have the best full estimate, Alexis also did all the leg work finding the warranty and supplier. No other company even offered to do that. Saving me hundreds. They did everything and were completely finished at my home by 1:30. Unbelievable service. Maybe a bad day very painless. Greatly appreciated Alexis and Angel. Top quality service and people. You will be the company I call moving forward.

So many great things with this company. Alexis did a awesome job getting me scheduled and installed with ease, the whole process was perfect. The technician Ryan and his crew Angel and Matt were such hard workers and so knowledgeable with every question I had. Definitely will recommend them and use them again in the future.

We had a new radiator installed and some leaky valves and vents on our steam heat system. Super responsive and easy to communicate with. Someone came to the house and gave me an estimate before the work started. Folks came on time every time. They did the work exactly at they said and charged exactly what they said they would charge. Folks cleaned up after themselves and were kind and courteous the whole time they were at my house. For a new radiator, 3 new valves, and a new vent it was $2,512. I really can’t tell you if that’s a fair price or not since I know nothing about being a steam heat repair service but I think it’s good to talk about money whenever money is involved. I’ll definitely call them again when I need more work done.

After two weeks without heat and numerous unsuccessful attempts to fix my Weil McLean boiler, Shane's optimism and relentless efforts were a breath of fresh air. He quickly identified and resolved the issue, ensuring that my home will be warm, merry, and bright for Christmas. Thank you, Shane, for your exceptional skill and dedication.

We had a sump pump installed. The scheduling was super easy. They followed up right away. We had an appointment in 24 hours. Brandon, our plumber was punctual, very polite and credible. He explained everything in details and came up with the best solution. The price was reasonable, and his work is immaculate. Great time management, finished when promised. I will only hire Brandon for any future plumbing needs. Thank you!!!

The Plumber Company did an excellent job at every level of replacing my ancient beast oil burner with a high-efficiency gas furnace. They answered promptly, scheduled quickly, and gave an immediate bid...which was slightly more than HALF of two other bids. Alexis in the office was so accommodating in rescheduling the job more than once, so I could use up the oil I had already purchased. She is super-efficient and friendly, too. Jason and the whole crew were fabulous! Knowledgeable, respectful, hard-working, careful, and willing to go above and beyond to provide superior customer service. I will definitely use this company for any service they provide and highly recommend them.
