Not a bad place but every time Drake picks up the phone I either get put on hold or I don't get much help. Maybe move him to another part of the business huh?

Sales staff ,Nancy was friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. I purchased $3000.00 + of fixtures. Disappointed when I tried to return a $12.00 shower drain cover plumber couldn't get to fit and the counter associate wouldn't take it back because it was out of the original bag. I had the receipt with the sku and everything It was not used or damaged.

I would give less stars if possible. I attempted to call ahead for an order. The gentlemen who answered just seemed mad to have to deal with me. From start to finish loud and rude.I Say yes sir and thank you to everyone, Even this guy. Didn't help. I won't come back. If you don't want new customers don't be open to public.

These guys are awesome! I was looking for a part nobody had, and if it weren't for them recommending me to another specific store, I never would have found the part! Great guys and very helpful!

I was referred to The Plumbing Warehouse by a friend for a kitchen and master bath I am currently remodeling. I had planned to shop at a big box store and use a discount I had. I was a bit intimidated by a specialty store. I expected high prices and an attitude, but I was wrong! I had an idea of what I wanted from a manufacturer's website, so I also knew what the MSRP of the items would be. Tony showed me the items, we talked materials and designs that would work for my projects. He sat down, printed out an itemized list with accessories that I hadn't thought of that were necessary, i.e. shower valves & controls, connectors for disposal, etc. I was able to take this list home with their prices and compare to the big box store's. Most of their prices matched or beat the box store! Also, they carry the top quality from the manufacturer, not the "discount quality" products I have heard some stores carry to cut costs. You get what you pay for, in my opinion. The Plumbing Warehouse knows their products and worked with my project and budget needs. Once we placed the order, they worked with my project schedule, holding my items in their warehouse until it was needed. Working with The Plumbing Warehouse was a great experience. I will suggest them to anyone.

Got there, go in the door and some man(assuming employee) turns to see me and immediately and aggressively walks toward me jabbing his finger toward the door and in a loud mall cop voice says " ma'am I am asking you to step outside. You are NOT supposed to be in here. That door is NOT supposed to be open." So I walked out, and will not be back. And if that guy with the gray beard ever reads this: Yes, I saw the sign about masks and gloves (I had my mask) and I respect your caution. But you treated me with fear and contempt when I had the legitimate expectation of customer service. Poorly done.

Every time I have talked to someone on the phone they have been rude. When I went in the store to pick out faucets/shower heads the salesman was rude. My experience with this company has not been good. I do not recommend.
