Michael was great! He was out to the property on 1.5 day’s notice, called on Sunday with a verbal download of findings (apologized for interrupting my weekend!), and turned the report in .5 biz days. We had seller-issues, and Michael was great about navigating those, and ensuring he was able to access everything he needed. Michael was even available during the closing process for a couple of insurance related requests. And very reasonable pricing - definitely great value.

Mike with Top Notch was very professional and super easy to communicate with. He showed up on time, even a little early, and did a great, very detailed home inspection. I wasn’t able to meet Mike when he arrived to do the inspection, but I was able to be there almost two hours into the inspection, at which Mike had completed and even stayed until I arrived and did a walk through with me and I was able ask questions and verbally hear some of the report.
