Top Sun Roofing is an amazing company with a great team and great work! My family has done business with them multiple times and always a pleasure to work with. To give a little background on my most recent experience: we have been battling with my insurance since March of 2024 on my roof and finally were able to win the claim in August! Top Sun has done an amazing job communicating consistently. Julio was on it every single day up until the work was done. His team finished my roof in one day working sun up to sun down; his team did a phenomenal job! My home is beautiful and most importantly I feel safe knowing my roof is covered for a very long time. If you are in search of a reliable roofing company, give them a call!

No se limitaron a venir a revisar el techo, sino que realmente me escucharon, entendieron mi situación y me guiaron paso a paso en todo el proceso. Se nota que son una compañía que piensa primero en el dueño de casa y busca la mejor solución para cada caso. Quiero agradecer a Top Sun Roofing por el excelente trabajo que hicieron en mi casa. Desde el primer día mostraron profesionalismo, empatía y una organización impecable. Fueron limpios, ordenados y rápidos, cuidando cada detalle como si fuera su propio hogar. Todo el proceso con la aseguranza hubiese sido un dolor de cabeza, pero gracias a Anyer Rodríguez, mi contratista de confianza, todo se manejó de principio a fin sin estrés. Me guió en cada paso, me explicó todo con claridad y se aseguró de que la aseguradora aprobara y pagara mi techo sin problemas. Hoy tengo un techo nuevo, de calidad, y una experiencia 100% recomendada.

UPDATE: I added another star to my original review due to the fact that Julio paid for the damages. It took this review & my BBB complaint for Julio to stop ignoring my messages & pay for the damages his driver caused. I was not the customer Top Sun Roofing was servicing in March 2025, they were across the street at my neighbors house. I came home to my yard rutted out due to his driver taking a large swing trying to turn into the driveway of my neighbors & did not hesitate to roll onto my yard. Not only did they damage the area shown in the pictures but also damaged a sprinkler head. I approached Julio regarding the damage. He gave me a card & said he would take care of the damage. He first said he would send out someone to fix the damage. When that did not happen I called to see where his person was, he told me he would rather I hire someone to "do it how I want it to be fixed". I chose to fix it myself, including digging up the sprinkler head to repair. I sent a very detailed invoice of the repairs & receipts from Home Depot. Now 2 months after my first contact to collect on the repair cost, I’m still awaiting payment. Julio would contact me & I would contact him throughout this 2 months & he kept promising me payment. He now is ignoring my calls and messages. All for a grand total of $85. If I had hired someone to fix the damage, it would have been 3-4 times more. I would stay clear of the business as they are not acting in good faith with what I was promised.

Le estaban haciendo el techo a mí vecino y les pedí que si me podían ayudar a arreglar una esquina de mi casa y fueron muy atentos . Historia corta hacen buen trabajo, muy responsable.

Brandon made the whole process with my home insurance and roof replacement super easy. He explained everything clearly, stayed in touch the entire time, and made sure the job was done right. Very professional and reliable — highly recommend!
