Great overall experience. From pre-sales to execution and invoicing, the team kept us in the loop throughout the process. The sales rep explained all our options, didn't feel the need to oversell us on add-ons. When it came time to execute, the operations team kept us notified of shingle delivery, dumpster drop/pickup, and the crew was very thorough and cleaned up well. The supervisor kept us informed of the progress and even recommended we keep some of our current install as they were in good condition. Highly recommend this company. They were indeed Top Tier!

I love my roof. I got three estimates for my roof of thirty one years. From start to finish TopTier was a good experience. The crew - Jason, Vinnie, Carlos and Becky were wonderful! I was informed all the way through the process with pictures and information to address any problems. This company is very professional. I will recommend them to anyone who asks. My lawn and landscaping were left in perfect condition. Good crew, good pricing!

Can't say enough. Everything from the start was great. Jason who came to give estimate was very nice and professional. Getting questions answered by Becky in the office also was great!! Very nice to talk to and very helpful. Then, Carlos and crew. Can't say enough. Soon as they got there didn't waste anytime and got right to work. Also very polite and professional. Did a great job. Very neat and clean after they were done. Other than new roof you would never know they were there. Highly recomend Top Tier Roffing !!!

I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS of products or services. However, I am compelled to write this review regarding my recent experience with Top Tier Roofing. Replacing a roof is a major endeavor and expense. I researched roofing contractors in the area before narrowing the field down to four companies. I received three quotes, the third one being from TopTier. After meeting with TopTier, I canceled the company that was scheduled to provide a fourth estimate. Jason from TopTier Roofing sealed the deal when he came out. He pointed out aspects of our roof, given its age, that needed to be addressed and that no other company seemed to notice or highlight for us. Jason is extremely knowledgeable about roofing, as he himself did that work before eventually becoming an estimator. With attention to detail and full transparency, he pointed out a few aspects of the job that could complicate it. I really appreciated him doing this. Vinny, the production manager, could not be more accommodating. He oversaw the project from start to finish and beyond. Any question or concern I had, Vinny responded to quickly and completely. When I spotted a small abnormality a month after the job was done and the company was paid, Vinny returned my phone call in less than 24 hours and had a crew out within a few days to address it. That is a level of customer service and support rarely found these days. Becky, the office manager, was great to work with as well. The actual roofing crew was tremendous, I have never seen such hard workers in my life. The crew supervisors were very personable and helpful. Last but not least, the price that Top Tier Roofing charged for the project was competitive and fair. Through my research, I learned that many local roofing companies are being purchased by investment groups representing larger companies. I was very pleased to know that TopTier is a medium-sized, locally owned company that has been building a steady business for the last seven or eight years by doing good work and providing exceptional customer service at a very fair price. Jason, Vinny, Trevor, Becky, and the whole crew were fantastic from start to finish. No sales pressure, good price, and helpful in answering any questions. They scheduled the install, and the crew showed up right on time and did an awesome job - they were in and out in less than a day - the new roof looks great, and everything was cleaned up neatly. They took the time to take pictures along the way, and made sure to repair any rotted/damaged sections, reusing what was still in good condition. Couldn't be happier with the company and the end result - would highly recommend them!
