They put infrared heating into my yoga studio. The service was exceptional. Truly one of the better experiences I have had with contractors on this project. Highly recommend.

I could not be happier with Transworld. I have used them twice, and I will continue to do so and also recommend them. Jamel wrote my quote in both cases, he is very sharp, on time, organized, and courteous. No up-selling and very straight shooter. The techs who did the work in both cases I used them did more than the quote included at no cost, they were friendly, and they left our home clean. I really like Transworld!!

Must be at least six years ago I left the below review. I count on Transworldinc all the time. They are prompt, courteous, and have always accomplished what I wanted plus my wife always asks them to do "one more thing" and they do it gladly. Just had them out Tuesday 10/8/24 and they were great. Jamel and his crew led by Richie were very professional and followed through on a big job with a full re-wire of our home. They are responsive and know what they are doing. I have already recommended them to some neighbors.

Transworld performed a CurrentSAFE electrical hazard detection on our house after our house was stuck by lightning. Darren and Phillip showed up on time and were very courteous, professional and respectful. They worked efficiently to test everything starting from outside where electricity connects to the house (including the HVAC disconnects) and then worked methodically inward to test the breaker panels in the garage and then into our house where they tested the light switches, outlets and circuits. I was interested in better understanding the nature of their testing and how it worked and they were kind enough to explain how the equipment worked and what they were testing. When they were finished, they gave me a high level overview of what they found and also told me there were some minor issues they took care of during the testing. They told me they would write up the test results and review them with me the following week. Transworld reached out to me to schedule the follow up call at my convenience. I was provided with very detailed report including pictures to review in advance of the call and we walked through the entire document during the dall. I was very pleased with the work performed and the customer service provided by Darren and Phillip. If anyone has any concern about possible electrical issues in their house, I definitely recommend reaching out to Transworld. The CurrentSAFE testing provided us with peace of mind with respect to our electrical system.

Transworld was very responsive to my needs. Technicians Charles and Ramon were on time, performed tasks professionally and knowledgeable in advising options for installation of outlets and running conduits for wiring. They worked quickly and quietly as my husband was still sleeping. When he woke, all work was done, everything cleaned up and he was very pleased with the job. We called Transworld on a Friday afternoon to set up a last minute appointment on Monday. The next day, Saturday our electrical issues got worse and they sent someone out to reassure us and make sure everything was safe until Monday. They got there bright and early Monday, and got the work done quickly and communicated exactly what had been done and when. Really great, kind, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable staff! Could not have been happier with our experience!
