The service was great from beginning to end. This company gave the best turnaround time and took care of my comcern first thing the very next morning from the time my claim was placed. Jermaine (electrician) was outstanding. He was professional, customer service oriented, and very knowledgeable. He solved my problem in a timely matter and with a great attitude the entire time. I highly recommend this company!

WARNING THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM ARTIST! This company is nice to you the beginning but they will steal your wallet and stab you in the back in the end....i had a lighting and electrical outlet placement spec ready to go. He stated a average market rate and said the work is supposed to start same month and take a week. 2 months later 1 guy shows up and it took him a month to do a small Ruff in job. He was constantly whining about there being too many lights and that I was crazy for having recessed lights instead of a single center mount. After Ruff was signed off, He removed the breakers and left me with no power drops having me to hire someone else to come in to get power to finish the job. I then had to pay a additional $2k above contract to get him to come and finish the final. Even after paying him UPFRONT, he didn't show up for two months. This work should have taken him 3-4 days, it took 3 weeks as he showed for 1 to 2 hrs. a day. Icing on the cake he lied, and he never filled the final inspection with the city. I didn't find out for months after selling the property. I then had to pay to reopen both my electrical and building permits only to then have him call the city and deny the final inspection stating he was no longer on the job... The city then made me find a new electrician to file a new permit. SCREW JERMAINE BISHOP AND SCREW TRIMTIY ELECTRIC.

The team came out and installed an EV charger at our warehouse. From quote to install, everything was completed in under a week. Super responsive, fairly priced and great work. Highly recommended!

Hired them to replace main power line and it took months to get it done. Now it has been almost a year and no one is coming to take the old cable out. No one answers phone or reply to email. Such bad and irresponsible customer service. They asked me to pay full amount and now I know that why they wanted full amount so the can do whatever and act like this. No one should pay them whole amount till all the work is done.

Had the electrician come out to check a few outlets that weren't working. Electrician called to let me know they were coming and gave their ETA. They pulled up about 15 minutes early but actually didn't knock on the door until it was the time that they gave to show. Was very friendly, reiterated the problem and seemed to be solution driven. Seemed to be a simple solution and electrician was done in less than an hour.

Trinity Electric upgraded my electric panel and performed an aluminum wire remediation. Their cost was very competitive and the work was completed on time.

Technician replaced disconnect on A/C unit after it was broken by HVAC company. Good work, very professional Will use them again
