Trio Pest Control

I've had several treatments done to my home to combat yellowjackets over the years. We're really not interested in a maintenance contract as most pest control companies require, so I went with Trio. The service technician that came to my home, Brad, was great. He inspected the area that I specified on the exterior of the house and got to work. He was knowledgeable, friendly and has awesome customer service. I recommend Trio.

I needed to get an inspection from a pest control service, in a hurry. I called Trio and they were super helpful. The lady who scheduled got me an appointment with 48 hours of calling. Brad, the technician, called me about 45 minutes before he arrived. He was punctual and super professional. It was clear that he knew what he was doing. Everything went perfectly. If I ever need any pest control again, I will definitely call Trio again. They were absolutely fantastic.

I've had two great experiences with Trio in the past year. Each time they got me on the schedule quickly; most recently it was same-day. Brad was a huge help for both visits: he communicated clearly, figured out the problem, and used his expertise to solve it. No hard-sell for extraneous options/services. He's super friendly and very good at what he does. This second time he took a look at the first issue he solved last year to verify it was still under control. I consider that above and beyond. Don't hesitate to contact Trio!

I had a great experience just now with Jenny from Trio. She came out to take a look at a mouse problem we've been having in the attic. Jenny diagnosed the ground zero entry point, added a preventative barrier and advised further steps I could take to prevent further intrusions. We talked about other aspects of mouse infestation and signs to look out for. It's worth noting that she never tried to upsell me on anything - just straight and to the point with the service that I was quoted, and then strategies and options moving forward to keep the problem under control. At every stage in her visit she exhibited real knowledge and experience, too. Sometimes it's difficult to know what to expect when bringing a company out to diagnose an issue with your home, but this was a really great experience.

Brad was absolutely amazing. Right when he got to my house, he had a great attitude and was so friendly. He communicated the exact process that would take place around my house and on my grounds. From the moment I called Trio to when Brad came to my house, I felt like I was valued as a customer 110%. Thank you all!!

Discovered I had a termite infestation. I setup appointments with the 2 major pest services and was ready to commit 2 one of them. But before I did I thought I would give a local guy a call. I was glad I did. When I called Trio I actually spoke to a person who was very friendly and setup an appointment with their technician Brad. On the day of the appointment he called to let me know he was on his way and on time. When he got to my home I could tell right away this "wasn't his first rodeo ". Brad was friendly and knew just what to do. He put me at ease that they would rid me of my unwanted guests. He explained the exact process and how it would work. I would have paid more for this piece of mind but it ended up being the lowest bid of the three! I'm glad I called Trio!

Picked Trio based on the fair price and reviews. They scheduled me in quick and I had Dusty. He was so polite, kind and quick. Haven’t seen a carpenter ant since! Thank you Dusty!
