After a tree fell on my house, I hired TSpark Enterprises for the repairs, and they definitely exceeded my expectations. I specifically hired them because, as a full-service construction company, they could not only repair the roof but also handle the interior wall and ceiling repairs. They worked directly with my insurance company, making the process as smooth as possible. What really made the experience outstanding was the crew that came out to do the repairs, they were outstanding—professional, courteous, and hardworking. The foreman kept me updated every step of the way, and the team’s attention to detail and quality of work were truly exceptional. They were also incredibly respectful and kind to both me and my daughters. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with TSpark Enterprises. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again for any future repair or construction needs.

Travis and Andrea from the start were professional, friendly and helpful. They kept me informed and when the workers came to remove and install the new roof everyone again was professional and friendly. Grady kept me informed of the progress and they cleaned up each day and left the surrounding areas clean and free of debris. The gutter installers were also professional and did an excellent job. Would definitely give TSparks a five star rating and recommend them to friends and family.

Hurricane Helene dropped a 70 foot loblolly onto my house causing a hole in my roof with damage to the supporting outside wall. TSpark worked closely and seamlessly with my Citizens home-owners insurance and gathered permits to begin a thorough reconstruction. Not only the roof but the exterior wall and interior ceiling were restored with outstanding results. These guys are professionals who take pride in their work.

Awesome company!! They replaced our roof, and although that experience is normally dreadful, TSparks made it rather delightful! The team was nice and even provided us with their company’s apparel as a token of appreciation for doing business with them. They were very timely and provided quality work. Will always recommend them due to us having such a pleasant experience with them. Thank you, again!

Frank from T-Spark came out and did an assessment for what we thought was a roof issue, he went into the hot attic and did a thorough job (fortunately there was not a roof issue) and at the end he didn't even charge us. We have used them in the past for roof replacement at another residence and we have been very pleased with their service and work. Strongly recommend them.

After the May 10th tornado struck my home, I interviewed many contractors both from in town and out of town. I could not place my trust in any of those with whom I had spoken. I read the reviews about Mr. Sparkman. I met with him and he was knowledgeable, direct and helpful. I felt confident with his caring advice. Upon contracting with Travis, the work immediately began. I was thoroughly impressed with his workmen, the quality of workmanship and the timeliness of his scheduling. In addition, shortly after the tornado event my wife had passed. The weight of my situation was compounded. Travis seamlessly eliminated the stressful issues of restoring my home. Travis is a true gentleman. He is honest, responsive and is a great communicator. My appreciation of him and what he has done for me is beyond measure.

Invoice has been paid and I have to say my first experience getting a new roof was amazing! The crew was so nice, and the work ethic and quality set the bar and standard I will always look for. Thank you all for the amazing job! I will definitely be checking with TSpark again soon for some other projects we would like to do.
