When I noticed a slow leak under my bathroom sink, it was a first-time call to Tucson Plumbing Solutions. They scheduled me immediately. Mark arrived at the appointed time, analyzed the situation, and went to work. Unfortunately, my house is 103 years old, so it was not an easy task. The issue required another hand, so Mark called on his supervisor, Derek. With Derek under the sink and Mark under the plumbing in the crawl space, they communicated to each other to solve the problem. Fortunately, only a small part of the wall around the shutoff valve had to removed. They were both professional, letting me know along the way what was required to fix the problem. For all the labor intensive work they did, when the bill arrived, it was not as high as I expected. I will call on Tucson Plumbing Solutions if needed, as they are now my plumbing company of choice.

I cannot recommend Tucson Plumbing Services highly enough. We needed to complete minor repairs on our mother's house and arrange everything from out of state and during visits. The team worked around our schedule and ended up helping us through what ended up being major repairs. They fixed issues that had been there for 20+ years and been looked at numerous times! In the end everything worked correctly and looked great. Everyone that we worked with on the team was so nice and professional. Communication was quick and detailed. I would use them again. We needed well repairs, toilet replacements, whole home water treatment replacement and general plumbing issues. They tackled it all!

We have used Tucson Plumbing Solutions for many projects - some planned, a couple emergency issues. Derek has been the lead on several of them. He and his team do an excellent job. The work is excellent, done in a timely manner, and exactly as we expect it to be. Communication is great and we have always been more than happy with the A+ service we receive.

Rapid response to a leak in the tub faucet. Faulty cartridge was replaced. Repair was done well, and the technician was efficient and professional. Satisfied with all but the billing process. Was not able to pay at the time of service. I am used to receiving the bill at the end of the service, having the bill tallied and explained to me and then paying by credit card. But the workman had no bill for me. I did not actually know the service charges, or total bill, until an invoice came through an email. I called the company to comment on this process, but their representative blew off my issues. I told her that I preferred to see and agree to the charges at the time of service, when the worker could explain all the fees and charges and give me a final total (service charge was 45$, materials costs of $100.39 and service rate of $193.50 = $338.89). I do not dispute the fees, but I was not happy waiting to learn what I owed for the repairs, with no ability for discussion.

As usual, we got very prompt service from the team at Tucson Plumbing Solutions. They really deliver excellent service and communicate really well throughout the project. Highly recommend them for your overall plumbing needs.

Great service! I previously used Tucson Plumbing Solutions for a toilet repair at my house and had a great experience with them. This call was for a water service line break at my moms house and they responded within a couple of hours and the repair was accomplished in a very short time. The team is very courteous and knowledgeable. They explained (and showed) what the problem was and how it was repaired and answered all our questions. I really appreciate their quick response and trustworthiness. Will definitely call them again!
