John, the owner, will put you at ease the minute when you are on the phone with him discussing about the roof repair. After we spoke on the phone about the repair estimate, he came over within the hour during his busy day just to help me out to temporary fix the problem, so that I don't have to worry about the heavy rain the next following day. His crew came over a few days later to repair and finish the job. John also has a high EQ (emotional intelligence), which is a rare commodity these days.

We were fortunate to have found John through google search as we did not know of anyone in the area who could do roof repairs. Spoke to a handful of contractors and we decided to have John do our repairs at the end. He was prompt, responsive, responsible, and professional. He explained to us what needed to be done and his team did the repairs within an hour only a few days after we agreed to hire him. He was different from the other contractors that had come by for the inspection, in that he understood our concerns and budget limitations, and never pressured us in any way to replace the entire roof. He reviewed what repairs could be done now and the repairs that can wait until later. Not to mention he was also very reasonably priced and just a kind person overall. We are happy to have had his team do roof repairs for us and would strongly recommend him to others.
