My former pest control company person had retired and sold his company to another company that I was not especially happy with. Sebastian presented a very positive picture of his newer, startup company and I decided to try them out. The technician arrived on time for the service and did a very, very thorough treatment of my property. He took time to explain the different areas treated and what I needed to do as a follow up to the service. Like the salesperson, he seemed very knowledgeable of and enthusiastic about his work. The tech who came out was really friendly, showed up on time, and explained everything in a way that made sense. After they treated the house, I saw no more ants or spiders.
