Urban Garage were simply superb! Not only did they give us a very reasonable price but their product is far superior to any garage door we’ve ever had. Guy and his team are super professional! They delivered on time and when they came to install they worked in an efficient manner and set up the new door perfectly aligned. They even helped us set up automatic opening and closing from our three cars. I would highly recommend working with Urban Garage and am grateful that we chose them!!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! My garage door replaced in three days from initial inquiry. Urban is an honest, quality, very responsive company. His charge was very reasonable. My old garage door was failing and needed replacement so I submitted an inquiry on Urban's website on a Sunday evening. I'm not exaggerating but they called me within five minutes of my inquiry; and it wasn't from an offshore call center. It was actually Guy who I believe is the owner. Guy is a very personable fellow with an honest character about him. We discussed my issue and scheduled a time for him to come out for an estimate the next day. He came our estimated a repair as well as a replacement and I chose replacement. I picked a door and he said that he would call me later in the day for installation appointment. Well he was able to get the door with tinted windows and installed in on Wednesday with a new opener, at no charge, that I already had.

I called urban garage door to replace broken spring. They showed up on time very professional great work very clean very courteous and reasonable. I'm glad I called them. I highly recommend them.

When I called Urban Garage Door to report a broken spring, someone called back within minutes. within an hour the technician (named Or) was quickly able to determine the factors that had led to the problems that led to failure of the spring, He replaced the poor quality spring, replaced it with a top quality western-made spring. He re-aligned the rails, explaining how the previous misalignment caused to noise and extra stress on the system. He indicated some of the deficiencies in the existing door design, recommending a better type door when I am ready to purchase a new one. After he was finished in about a half hour, I was impressed more than I had been with any other garage door technician, I promised that he would do all of my future work.
