What an absolute horrible experience with this company. We first were explained by a sales man the difference between them and the company we had. And they would go way over what our last company offered to the point of not even getting flys we should have known then. Just non stop excuses from issues with techs that come out and they are cycling them which is why things were missed, to "weak" spray to trying to learn our property up until almost a year we were told we think we have a game plan now to solve all these issues to mangers coming out with techs due to improper work it was a nightmare. They had to come back out almost every time for bugs in the home ant piles all around, hornets, spiders ect. We then got a tex to talk about our property we asked if and when we were out of contract we were told Well you are month to month now and from there we said great we want to cancel that’s We were told we needed to call to cancel this company apparently does not let you do terminate your contract in writing it’s all verbal? We called emailed texted and told techs that came out we would like to cancel. When talking to a rep they apparently couldn’t find the recorded conversation of the employee telling us we were month to month but if they came back out they would need to do a service and then we would have to call them to cancel again. We felt like it was just game after game. We were told an email would be sent of our contract to look over the email Had no attachments. The last service we had the tech told us don’t mow or run water for 2 weeks just to get perspective that was the 1st time we were ever told this for a year. We were also offered a cheaper rate if we stayed so apparently the work can be done cheaper so it felt great to know we were over paying for months on end. This was just our experience and for us it was very disappointing I wouldn’t have them service my home if they offered it for free at this point.

Herschel did a great job treating our house! We’re very pleased with the service we received. He sent a thorough explanation detailing the service. I really appreciated the 2-day heads up that he’d be arriving today, the text message in advance when he arrived, and the notification he completed his service.

Hello Urbanex Luke was extremely helpful and informative! He went the extra step to check the mouse trap set in the rear of the house and ensured we have as much protection as possible against the fire ants that wreaked havoc on our front yard this week. Luke was thorough and effective. Highly recommend!

I’ve had these guys for about a year. They are consistent, courteous, and communicate well. I’m very happy with services provided. Connor on one visit even rushed over to help me when he thought I needed a hand, above and beyond. They do a great job cleaning up the eves and walls before spraying, so the stuff goes where it’s supposed to.

I was very skeptical about taking on a new bill and new responsibility every three months, after six months in, it was one of the best decision I made. I live by ravine, so plenty of insects and bugs. I noticed a difference since these guys have been spraying the upkeep of my home.. Service level a ten, love the Communication and I don't have to be at , they let you know in advance and you see them on the camera doing the job or as requested. Herschel has been great and always responds back with quickly. The whole team is very professional. Thanks
