Villa Termite

Absolutely AMAZING! We just used Villa for tenting and to repair some termite damage on our new home. Hector came out for the initial inspection, he was so friendly and really took his time talking to us and showing us where we had issues. As this was a new home we asked his opinion on a few other things around the house and he was very knowledgeable. Their quote was very reasonable, the tenting was completed on time and all went well with that. Where I really have to sing their praises is when it comes to Emmanuel. Emmanuel came last Sunday to complete all of the repair work, he was here all day, up in our attic cleaning out all evidence and the remains of dead termites. He treated, patched and repainted all of the damaged areas discussed and made them all look pretty again. He was such a hardworking young man and my husband and I were truly impressed with everything he did. I would 100% recommend Villa Termite to anyone in need of this service. It was full service from start to finish and they were amazing for a great price.

Hector was the best. I had a really good experience with him and Villa Termite. The whole process was smooth. Hector showed up and was very professional. He looked everything over, explained the treatment plan and was just genuinely a nice guy. I felt confident that he couldnget the job done. When he came back to do the actual work, he nailed it. He was fast, didn't make a mess, and now the problem is totally sorted. No drama, no hassle, just fixed. He brought a huge relief to this household. If you want the job done right and want to feel good about the service, give Hector a call. Highly recommend!

After working with many termite inspectors, Hector is hands down the best. He’s extremely communicative, thorough, and patient throughout the entire process. I’ve recommended him numerous times and will continue to do so. 10/10, highly recommend!

My realtor recently recommended Villa Termite to do an inspection for a recently purchased property. The team was professional and thorough. They helped me understand my options in addressing the identified termites. I hired them again when I was to have the work completed. I could not have been more pleased. Thank you Hector and your really great team - I cannot recommend enough!

Hector did the termite inspection for our new home, and I'm glad he did. He is very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and provided different options and pricing for the next step treatment services. We ended up using Villa Termite to schedule the fumigation as well, and everything went very smoothly. Hector did a great job communicating and coordinating the fumigation. I would strongly recommend him; he knows his stuff.

Excellent Work! We had Hector come and give us a 2nd bid. I can tell you he's as honest as they come today. He performed the work professionally and saved us thousands dollar. The first bid was from a corporate company and were charging us for work not needed. Hector is great! He will always be our first and only call! Thanks

Hector does a great job! Always professional, punctual and informative. Would much rather have a reliable person I can text directly then some large business that I need to jump through hoops for just to get some info.
