Our crawl space was in really bad shape, and after getting a few quotes, VA Foundation Solutions came through with the best offer by far. They beat three other companies and gave us an amazing rate for a full encapsulation with a military discount. Mikey was our representative and he was fantastic to work with. He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the process. Matt came to our house to determine what the problem we were having. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail as well as provided pictures and a diagram. At our request he came out a second time to explain the contract language and scope of work again before we signed. The blue team arrived on working day bright and early . They worked quickly and had the work done with great timing. They did good work and cleaned up after themselves very well. At completion the head of that crew took me outside to show the work he could without having to go under the house and how the crawl space door and drain well looked and operated.

The 4-man crew that Virginia Foundations assigned to stabilize the foundation of my home was exceptional: professional, experienced, and functioned extremely well as a team. The eight push pilings were installed in just over one day...much quicker than I had anticipated. Importantly, all the many patio pavers and brick work that had to be temporarily removed to do the job were replaced perfectly. The final clean-up was carefully and conscientiously performed. Hats off to Miguel, Hernan, Daniel, and Kevin. Couldn't have had a more efficient and proficient team that instilled confidence as to the quality of the product.

They hit the ground running and didn’t slow down for two days. Their commitment to excellence and pride in their work was impressive. They transformed our dingy, damp, sagging, dark -you might even say scary- crawl save into a bright, sturdy, clean space. In just about any endeavor, a strong foundation is important.
