They were extremely thorough and professional throughout the whole process. What impressed me most was how responsive they were — they even came back the very next day to remove a dead one and make sure everything was taken care of properly. I am very pleased with the service I received! I called the Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend, and they were able come to my apartment within 2 hours of my call. They did a thorough inspection and found and filled multiple holes. I had an exterminator come the week before who said he was unable to move my stove because of the way it was built. These guys moved my stove within seconds of trying. They also gave me a 30 day warranty if I am still having issues although everything seems to be resolved. They will be my go-to if I am having any issues in the future. I highly recommend!

Victor and his assistant were extremely professional. Not at all dismissive. They answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. They found holes that were overlooked by my buildings maintenance. The two were very pleasant and efficient.
