Our condominium complex has used Wagner Roofing for many roofing and gutter repair efforts over the past decade, so when the severe storm in March 2025 damaged all our buildings we quickly chose to use them for our roof replacements. Their prices were very competitive and their work was outstanding! Our HOA would highly recommend Wagner Roofing for any roof repairs, replacements or other building exterior services. Very disappointed in the quality of the work done by these guys. A year after they fixed part of our roof, a lot of the shingles they installed blew off. it was only in the area that they worked and I called them up and they refused to fix it even though it was obvious that it was only in the area that they "fixed". They also took a long time to get back to me and I had to call a lot to get anyone to respond. Once they got paid that was it. The service was abysmal after they got paid and refused to acknowledge that it was only the part of the roof that they worked on that got damaged. The rest of the roof was fine. Obviously the quality of what they did was not of a high standard since all the original roof was fine. you can see in the photos where the work they did was. The guy that originally quoted and did the work Tom, never replied to emails when I said that the work was falling apart after just over a year. I called the office and eventually spoke to some guy named Niko who tried to lie to me and said the work was only guaranteed for one year. However I looked in my emails and Tom had emailed me and said it was guaranteed for 5 years. What an unprofessional company to lie about their warranty. Even in their reply to this email, before i edited my original review, they tried to lie about their warranty. Either Tom lied or Niko and the person that replied to my review before i edited it lied. I have attached an email saying that they guarantee their work for 5 years. I have attached their original reply where they tried to lie about the roof being out of warranty. I will complain to the BBB

Wagner Metals and roofing have given my subdivision excellent work and service on our decks. In a good timely fashion. Did the final work thru today with Clay, a supervisor. There work crew "Arleta" did excellent work and were quite thorough as they wrapped the job up today. Thanks for the good work to Greg and his staff! From Pete H. Greg and his team took incredible care of me when I was in a bind. Insurance carrier denied my claim, despite water literally leaking into our house. Greg wrote up an extremely professional, helpful and detailed report that resulted in a (rightfully) totaled roof. Wagner Roofing fit me into an extremely busy schedule (historically so with the tornadoes last May) in the area, delivered high-quality materials, and were great communicators. Niko was at my dwelling three times ensuring QC on the job. He even cleaned nails up by hand. The fact they went above and beyond, shook my hand, and told the truth tells it all. You can trust this business.

Wagner Roofing was a godsend! I had a leaky basement, a roof that needed multiple repairs, and tuck pointing that needed repair. Four other companies give me quotes and statements on what was wrong, but not until Wagner Roofing appeared did I get the correct solutions. They were the first and only to discover where my leak in the roof was coming from, however they were also the only team that bothered to look inside my attic to access the problem. Greg did a fly-over with his drone and quickly discovered several problems with roof and drainage system. Their bid was the most economical one I received. Arriving on time, the crew explained what they were doing and why, and successfully completed the job in one morning and another afternoon. They repaired flashing on two chimneys, fixed loose fascia around the perimeter of the roof, "un-dented" copper gutters so that they would hold water and drain properly, cleaned out drain pipes and re-connected and added drain hoses, as well as multiple connecting pieces so rain would not flood my basement, replaced two shingles on the roof, and tuck-pointed the outside of above ground basement stones. This week we had an all day rain and it is he first time in two decades that my basement did not flood!!! Thank you so much Greg and Wagner Roofing. Great experience. No one likes to have to replace a roof but when we did Tom S. , from Wagner roofing is the person to call. I Was impressed with his level of professionalism and communication , Timely responses and was very helpful . New roof looks great. Highly recommend !

I recently had a couple guys from Wagner Roofing knock on my door, asked to inspect my roof due to some minor concerns they saw. Their team was not only prompt and professional but also incredibly honest. After a really thorough inspection, they advised that my roof was still in good condition. It's really nice to find, or be found by, a company that prioritizes customer trust over unnecessary sales. Highly recommend for anyone looking for ethical and reliable roofing services. Definitely will be calling back for a yearly roof inspection!!
