We had our fridge leak while we were out of town, came back on 12/23 at night and called ProCore Restoration the next day since a friend recommended them. Gerardo and his team showed up within an hour and started the water damage containment right away. He worked directly with the insurance and explained the process to us to make it easier to understand. I would highly recommend ProCore to anyone.

Gerardo is extremely friendly, professional, and communicative. He came out to assess a potential leak at my house on short notice and quickly established himself as trustworthy and diligent. He spent no less than an hour at my house trying to diagnose the issue and at the end didn’t even charge me a penny, saying that inspections are free of charge. Incredible operation! I had a 10 day close of escrow to get a full remediation done after a positive mold test. Not only were they able to work overtime to complete the job in time, but they helped me network with subs to replace the entire carper, pad and tack strips that contributed to the issue. Gerardo and Steven went above and beyond on the project. From start to finish they were very responsive and flexible with timing. They explained things in detail and had predictions around what was causing our issues, which were true when we opened up our flooring. He took extreme care to minimize the loss of materials (vanity cabinets, quartz countertops, showers, flooring, etc) while also being extremely careful to get rid of our mold infestation. The job turned into something much bigger than the mold inspectors had originally anticipated, so Gerardo showed me what they were running into and really saved my butt with his work and his pricing.
