Great company to hire! My wife and I used them for mold remediation as we get ready for our new born to arrive in our home we just bought. Victor and Huge were awesome! Mike G. Was the project manager and helped me understand what needed to be done to fix the problem. Solid team all around! They were on time, professional, and polite. We highly recommend them. I hope that we won't need their services in the future (no offense, we don't want to fire or flooding ), but if we do, they will be the first ones we call.

Romexterra has been on top of everything all the way through (so far, posting this prior to rebuild) the water mitigation and insurance claim process. They've been thorough, responsive, transparent, and patient with our questions. I'll plan to update post the rebuild of what was taken out due to our water damage but I expect a good experience and would recommend them to anyone. Updating this review post-rebuild. Patrick Fitzmaurice was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the rebuild. He was able to explain the insurance timelines and set our expectations in the right place. Importantly, the crew themselves also did excellent work.

I recently had a claim on the roof of my home, and working with Jackie Hersam at Romexterra Restoration was an absolute game-changer. From start to finish, Jackie made sure everything was handled correctly and moved along in a timely manner. Her professionalism is truly outstanding! She went above and beyond to make sure every detail was documented properly in the estimate so my claim would be approved by my insurance company. I’ve honestly never experienced service this good before. Jackie made the whole process stress-free and gave me peace of mind knowing everything was being taken care of the right way. If you’re looking for someone who will truly look out for your best interests, I highly recommend asking for Jackie as your relationship manager at Romexterra Restoration. I’ve never felt more taken care of during a situation like this, and I couldn’t be more thankful for her support.

Romexterra is a company of individuals you can trust to do the job efficiently and professionally. They care for their customers and are extremely patient. They came out on a holiday weekend within 2 hours of our call. Jimmy in billing did an awesome job of understanding our dilemma getting our association to pay them. Marie worked diligently in getting them to pay for something they were responsible for and didn’t want to pay for a sewer backup that occurred in an 85 year old woman’s unit. I surely was impressed with their patience because it took 3 1/2 months for the association to pay them. I would highly recommend this company for restoration or any clean up! All the workers who were techs came out for 5 days straight and were extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. Great Company!

I paid $3,700 for water remediation after a leak caused by a fridge installer. Romexterra placed floor drying equipment for approximately three weeks and declared the floors dry when they removed it. A few weeks later, I contacted two flooring companies for quotes due to warped floors. Both independently confirmed moisture was still present under the floors despite Romexterra declaring the job complete. When I contacted PM Walter about the remaining moisture, his response was "We'll come rip the floors up now then!" rather than addressing the issue professionally. I explained I couldn't proceed with additional work immediately as I needed to secure funding from the installers first, since my homeowners insurance had denied the claim under slow leak exclusion. Furthermore I was not comfortable letting Romexterra back in my home after this response. I then spoke with Marie, the billing manager, who told me "floors will dry themselves." When I asked why I would pay for water mitigation if that were true, she responded "otherwise your floors will warp" - which is exactly what happened. I requested a partial refund since the job wasn't completed properly, which they refused. (offered a $500 "accommodation"). GM Blair was supposed to call me back but never did. When I finally reached him, he claimed no knowledge of the situation despite my prior conversations with his staff. He did not apologize for the incomplete work or his team's unprofessional responses. I attempted to call again and was sent to voicemail. Five months after paying $3,700, I still have moisture under my floors and warped flooring - the exact problem the service was meant to prevent. No one from Romexterra has taken responsibility or offered a genuine solution. Would not recommend.

Absolutely the best ! Fast, polite, professional - they did the job to the highest standards Randy and Omar and Enrique, and Jose were the BEST! Always on time, clean and transparent with all the details !

Can’t say enough positive things about Barrett and Charles from Romexterra. While it took some time for the insurance company to come around, as these companies often do, eventually when the work started, it was the completed in a couple of days and it looks to be an excellent and professional job. We’ve already received many praises on how nice the new roof looks. Even when there were speed bumps along the way, the Romexterra team were able to communicate their urgency and create some real confidence in us as homeowners that we’d made the right choice.
