I deleted my last review since you said you didn’t find me in your system so I could make you aware of the experience we received. I’m most definitely in your system, probably under Josh. We had work done in Greenback last Oct and November. We had a water leak back in August- September and needed dry wall and flooring replaced with the drying out process. The process started out smoothly and the two Servpro employees that came out to take measurements and begin the drying out process were excellent to work with. The gentleman that did the measurements was very professional on time and responsive. The female who did the work to cut the dry wall and floor so we could start drying out with the equipment was very professional and did a great job! She was on time and very responsive to any concerns or questions we had. After that once Grey had taken over it was downhill slope the rest of the way. The contractors were scheduled to come remove my flooring, I revived a text that morning at the time they were to be at my house to tell me only one single contractor could come and he did not speak English. I was not comfortable being at home alone with a gentleman I could not communicate with so I had to reschedule to another time when a crew could come out. I had wasted a few hours of vacation time to take off to be home for this and ended up going into work after I found out. I was told it would be a few days when they could send a crew out. Few days pass and a crew shows up to start work. I was told before this process began by Grey they had found an exact match to our current floor. We have a little strip of transition between the kitchen and living room floor, even though it’s the exact same floor they would not replace both flooring to match and flow together due to it. AFTER the current floor had all been taken up, we were then shown the new flooring in the box and it was not even close to our flooring color! We were asked if we wanted to send back the flooring and order more after we were down to bare concrete! It was coming up on Thanksgiving and I could not host a family get together with concrete floors! Against what we wanted to do we had to have them install the flooring that was originally ordered as he said it would be another 2 to 3 weeks to order more and get a crew to come put it down. The next day came for the flooring to be installed and to our not so surprise again, Servepro did not order enough flooring to complete the job nor did he order the transition strips for the rooms. So again we wait another 2 to 3 weeks to have the floor completed with a gap of no flooring between the new flooring and old. The next day came that a contractor showed up at my house to begin work on replacing the drywall but Grey was an hour and a half late showing up with the materials and the contractor sat in the driveway waiting for him to arrive so he could begin. The contractor did a great job replacing the sheet rock but was unable to finish as I ran out of time to take off from work as everything kept being delayed. Needless to say I still have an unfinished wall that needs sanded and painted. Grey had told us it could be done all in one day but we knew better. A freshly mudded sheet rock can not even dry out enough same day to attempt to paint. Grey had told me he would bring the paint and materials by that same day but I didn’t hear back from him until a few days later when he delivered a can of paint and roller brush to my house. I have to find someone to complete the wall because we tried to do it ourselves and are not able to do it correctly. It’s a lot more work then we realized to get it even. I would not recommend you go through this hassle. Every time I see the unfinished wall and the two totally different floors it makes me sick how they are not even a close match and I’m reminded of the whole horrible experience. Save yourself the headache. I’m just now leaving a review months later because I try not to complain but I feel we most definitely were done wrong with this situation.

Thank you Servpro of Maryville for the great service during the recent flood in my basement. You were prompt, and very efficient. Your workers were friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone that needs a reliable local service.

Don’t recommend! The project manager came out an measured the area for flooring. We discussed the flooring color to match kitchen area told him the name of the floor. He called a week later or so and said he found it it was special order so I said ok. The day the work was to be done they came out ripped my floor out Only to bring the new floor in an it’s not even close to matching. An tells me well I was off a little. We can try an order the correct floor you will just be without flooring for awhile. So this is what I am currently left with. 2 different floor colors.

We contacted ServPro of Maryville when we came home from a getaway to discover warped and peeling hardwood floors. They responded extremely quickly and brought assessment equipment, fans, and dehumidifiers. They were encouraging, supportive, and confident. Max, Gray, Matthew and all employees were great and 5* themselves. Pictures show before and when dry waiting for us to pick out flooring to replace. They worked w smooth relationship w insurance setting up a great experience there as well.

Excellent service and attention to detail from Servpro- Max and Gray were quick to access the damage and come up with a game plan. Gray was our contact thru the process, and was such a congenial and helpful person. The guys that fixed our ceiling and flooring did a fabulous job- we are very happy. And Gray was always at our disposal every step of the way. We are very happy with our Servpro experience.

We had major water damage in our basement and Max came to assess and was so informative and helpful. He assessed the damage and within a few hours had everything set up to dry up the water. The quick action helped us save majority of our drywall. Would definitely use again!
