ServiceMaster National Capital Restoration

I was so impressed with ALL the Service Master crew that worked to provide the removal of any signs of water and mold when we had a pipe leakage that happened very early one morning in October. I found that the workers who came to our home to help with the massive damage to be professional, friendly, helpful, and experienced. Everyone, from office staff that answered question, to the folks who did the work, and the persons directing what had to be done. All listened to my questions and guided us through the process of bringing our home out of the disaster that hit our home. After a fire, I received water damage to my kitchen area and basement. Service Master crew (Bernard, Leo, Stephen and Ocar) did wonderful job. The crew was very pleasant and professional. Wow, I can’t say enough good things about Dennis and his team. We had a toilet overflow and they arrived shortly after we called. They explained everything and had the fans drying almost immediately. They were super responsive and kept us in the loop on everything. The team (Dennis, David, Juan, Julio & Sandra) was friendly and efficient and very nice. Highly recommend!

Service Master was at my house within two hours of my insurance company’s call. I had a major flood from my refrigerator. Water soaked my kitchen, dining room and part of my study and the whole basement. They explained everything they needed to do. All the teams and Managers that came to my house were professional, polite, and very sensitive to my situation. No one wants to find mold in their basement, but when it happens you want a team who will give you the confidence you can use the space again without worrying- especially with a toddler running around! Craig did our initial assessment and was professional, informative and reassuring. The proposal came back quickly and they were able to get a team out in less than 48 hours later to do the work. Santos and his team worked diligently and so professionally while here. They went so far as to go beyond the initial scope of work to ensure the space was clear of mold and left the area clean and ready for repairs. Highly recommend.

Service Master provides service that goes above and beyond! I am the resident manager for a multifamily apartment complex. Service Master provided cleaning for an apartment that was extensively sullied. The initial contact with Vivi and Craig at the office was very communicative and knowledgeable. Vivi visit was scheduled quickly and the crew members (Juan and Leo) were friendly, prepared, and diligent upon arrival. The follow up after service and communication throughout with Craig (project manager) was timely, clear, and efficient. I am happy to recommend Service Master and use their services again.
