A heartfelt thank you for the outstanding garage repairs and support I want to share our wonderful experience with this company after a sprinkler burst in our garage during the winter. From the first call to the final inspection, the team was attentive, professional, and truly went above and beyond. I want to highlight Laura Guzman, who responded promptly to our emergency and managed all the details with genuine care. She made sure we were informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. We also had the pleasure of working with Megan Whatley, Senior Project Manager. Megan’s dedication to exceptional service was evident from the start. She coordinated the repairs smoothly and ensured everything was completed to the highest standards. Megan took the time to answer our questions and checked in regularly to make sure we were satisfied with each step. I especially appreciated how the team stayed involved even after the central repairs were done. For example, when the garage door opener needed to be replaced following the sprinkler incident, they made sure the installation went smoothly and followed up to confirm it was working correctly. Their commitment to helping us—before, during, and after the job—gave us real peace of mind. After interviewing several companies, I chose SERVPRO of Alexandria to handle mold remediation in my condo, and I’m very glad I did. From beginning to end, they were responsive, professional, and easy to work with. They promptly returned phone calls and emails, and I appreciated that they closely followed the recommendations outlined in an independent inspection report. Patrick Jackson and Michael Murray cleaned the vent registers, removed affected drywall, and installed air scrubbers to address airborne mold. They also brought in an excellent subcontractor to clean the ductwork. Everyone involved was knowledgeable, efficient, and a pleasure to have on-site.

Arminda and her team at Serv Pro did an excellent job. They were very courteous and packed up the entire basement in 2 days following the water issue that necessitated removal of the contents of the basement.

I was very pleased with my experience with SERVPRO. We had a leak in our upstairs master bath, from a toilet wax ring, which seems to have went undiscovered for a short period of time. This created a mold issue between floors, above our family room. Needless to say it was a stressful ordeal and created some sleepless nights but the mold division of SERVPRO helped get us through it. Specifically mold techs Mike and Patrick did a fantastic job. From the first day Mike came out to inspect the property, he was very knowledgeable, made sure to answer all my questions and he explained exactly how the whole process would go. When they came to do the remediation, they did a great job sealing off the affected area, which was something I was very concerned about. The crew was prompt, professional, and they took great care in how they handled our property. They performed the removal of the affected ceiling and the cleaning in one day. The guys would return a few days later to retrieve the dehumidifier and air scrubbing machines. All in all, it’s something I pray I never have to go through again, but if I did, I would call SERVPRO and request they send the exact same crew; Mike, Patrick and their cleaning crew. Thanks. ARQ

Jose and his team were excellent and did an amazing job in fixing our basement. From showing me step by step each approved material, working with me to get a new color for the basement bathroom wall, and any concerns he found that he knew he and his team could not fix (plumbing), it was a pleasure working with him. I hope I never need his services again but if I do, I will definitely be reaching out to ServPro and requesting Jose and his team. Also, I had everything done by ServPro from start to finish. From Armenda and her pack out team, to the demolition team who removed all the waterlogged and molded items, to Jose and his crew who built everything back up, and Araceli and the management team who kept me up to date with the timeline and communications with my insurance company. They made this entire stressful situation bearable and gave my family peace of mind from beginning to end.
