PuroClean Property Restoration Experts

Gerry and his team at PuroClean did an outstanding job after my entire house was flooded due to a broken supply line. From day one they showed such a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. I was amazed at the fact that the owner, Gerry took the time to personally come and speak with me at length about every aspect of the mitigation and rebuild process and was always available to answer all of my questions. Gerry is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and it was such a blessing having he and his team working on my home because I knew that they would do everything necessary to get my home stabilized and ready for rebuild. Everyone on the PuroClean team was diligent in their work, courteous and professional. I give PuroClean 10 out of 10, Highly recommend! Thank you so much PuroClean!

Our roof has a leak since May 2025 after we had our roof replaced by Renfined Roofing out of Prosper. Leak is coming from the wind turbine they replaced. So being concerned about other damages like mold, mildew, sheetrock attic flooring, insulation, etc. Corey from PuroClean - Plano came out for the attic inspection. He thoroughly checked for the water damage and he stated that he could see where it has been leaking. He took several pics and showed us. Luckily he said no additional damages but eventually it will get worse and cause other issues. We were so grateful that he was honest and professional. Their response is really fast. They came out next day after my call. I will call them for sure if I need their service.

I have so much to say, that I have no clue where to start! But words cannot explain how grateful we are for Gerry and his amazing team. They are not just a business, they are people who care about their customers and will go the extra mile to serve them. Picture this, imagine being overseas during the pandemic when your water filter in your fridge bursts and nobody knows about this for a couple of weeks. Yup. Our WHOLE first floor was flooded. Our insurance put us in front of PuroClean and Gerry and his team took care of EVERYTHING, while we were out of town for over a month. They did the entire restoration, gutted our house and took extreme care to make sure that our house was in a perfect state to rebuild. While we had a traumatic experience, Gerry and his team made it feel seamless! And their expertise and professionalism is second to none. So why am i write 4 years later?? Because I'm lazy! And I never took the time to give PuroClean a ringing endorsement. AND we recently used their services a couple of weeks ago and the same standard of high quality, exceptional customer service, and expertise was there. Companies like PuroClean are often called when there is something major happening to your home. These are usually hard times to deal with. Gerry with PuroClean is one of the best contractors who ever worked in our house. We now recommend him to anyone who has water damage issues in their home. Gerry is knowledgeable, easy-going, punctual, detail-oriented, and goes 10 miles above and beyond to make sure your property is in top shape. We loved working with his crew, as well, they were fun.

We had disastrous damage to our house when a pipe burst upstairs and water gushed through the floor and damaged our downstairs and ceilings. Our contractor called Purolean, and we were very impressed with how promptly the company responded and their diligent work throughout the weekend. We worked with Gerry, who was incredibly friendly, committed to helping us fix the problems, and provided valuable advice. Gerry is a trust worthy man who puts his heart into his work. Thank you Gerry for a job well done! Richardson, Texas

Gerry and his team at Puriclean were fantastic to work with. They came in on a very tough mitigation basically picking up where the other service left off. Gerry was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and made a miserable situation bearable. If you ever have a need for mitigation/restoration service do yourself a favor and give him a call!!

Gerry and Matt did an incredible job. They were extremely clean, professional, and thorough. Gerry used a thermal camera to detect all the water damage, and discovered a leak in a toilet we didn't know was improperly installed! Needless to say, we were grateful, as this problem had clearly been going on for over a year. Gerry also has relationships with other contractors (plumber and general contractors) who came to do the next steps in the work we needed done. These people were also respectable and professional, and charged a fair price. We will definitely use PuroClean in the future, if we need restoration, and will recommend them to all of our friends!
