FIX Flood & Water Damage Pros

Update:The repair manager Bryton is very polite and professional. He quickly responded to the serious dissatisfaction caused by the quality of the previous work. The rebuilt work was finished in 2 days. Pros: I got water damage with one bedroom,hallway,part of family room. The manager Chris is very professional. He quickly complete the dry out work, and provided detailed documents to help me settle the claim with the insurance company. Everything is fine when things develop like this. (Cons:The rebuilt work cannot complete on time with acceptable quality, and damaged more items in my house. I really can't stand the quality and efficiency of such work.)

Perfect service! I needed a moisture/mold inspection quickly because I'm selling my house, and FIX absolutely delivered. They responded almost immediately to my email on a Saturday afternoon, and then Chris was at my house on Monday morning to do the inspection. Only took minutes to determine there was no moisture/mold. Plus, Chris is highly professional and friendly. My highest recommendation for FIX!

Highly recommend FIX! They responded incredibly fast to our roof leak and were extremely knowledgeable. Every step of the process was clearly explained, and we always felt informed and confident in their work. They also took meticulous care to protect our floors and walls, which we really appreciated. Professional, efficient, and truly excellent service from start to finish.

We had some significant flooding in our basement. I called these guys and got on the phone instantly with Jared (keep in mind this was 6:30pm on a Friday). Jared came out quickly and gave us a full assessment of the damage. He used a special moisture device to help us see the extent of our damage. They then got the pad out, treated the walls, carpet, and baseboard to get rid of any bacteria and got fans set up under the carpet to dry everything out. Super friendly and professional. Hope I never need to call again but if I do ever have to, I’ll definitely call these guys!

Rennan and his team were so kind and professional in a really stressful situation. I had so many questions, and Rennan answered them all thoroughly and patiently. He was very experienced and knowledgeable. He and his crew were all helpful and expeditious throughout the process. So far, everyone we have worked with at FIX has been excellent. Would definitely recommend.

We called flood impact Xperts after our neighbors main water line flooded our kitchen. They came out and did their stuff and after saying we needed extra days of drying they said our floors were dry and we wouldn’t need to demo the floors. A month later we noticed some warping on a few boards and decided to tear out the floors anyways. Upon doing so we found a ton of water still under the floors along with mold and mildew growing. These guys have been an absolute nightmare to work with since. They are trying to charge us almost $5k for a job that was not completed. Their manager Jake claimed that they are happy to take responsibility and make it right and then completely ghosted me. When he finally responded I was told that it had been sent to their secondary billing company and I would have to work with them. Now I’ve got a company calling and harassing me for payment and "Fix it" flooding won’t return my calls to help make this right. Incredibly disappointing and unprofessional company. Would not recommend them to anyone I care about. *you at the beginning of it recommended we replace the flooring but after you said it was dry and a waterproof flooring that we wouldn’t need to anymore. You coming out was only denied because we already had a flooring contractor there and it works have cost us more money to have them come back another day because you weren’t able to come until the next day. I guess let this be a learning experience to those that are under duress to still take the time to do your research on the company you hire because these guys will take advantage of your situation.

We had water damage in our home and we were really worried about mold. FIX came out right away, and after performing a mold test, they put our minds at ease by confirming there was no mold present. Their team was professional, and they went out of their way to make sure we felt safe. We are so grateful for their excellent service!
