Van with Disaster Services Apache Junction did an excellent job. Professional communication and A+ delivery from start to finish. I will 100% use Van again. He got the job correctly, on time and at a fair price.

We moved to a manufactured home and while installing a tile floor the installer discovered water damage and a mold issue. We went online and found Disaster Services had great ratings and reviews. From the first call to the professional who came out to do the work it was top notch service! They sent Van out quickly and we received the estimate right away and the work was done in two days. Van was excellent to work with, from setting up to protect our home and us to the work he performed. Very informative as to the cause and what to expect for the next step to resolve the issue. Highly recommend Disaster Services and Van.

I recently had water damage to my home and I called disaster services in a panic to have them help me with the repairs. Van came to my house and asked me if I had reached out to my insurance about the issue (I didn’t know that was an option at the time). They had returned to my home the following day to install the equipment and remove the water damage to my ceiling and bathroom floor. They are amazing with communication and got me in contact with a repair service that did an amazing job. I’m extremely grateful for their communication and assistance through a very frustrating situation.

Highly recommended. They sent Paul out the very next morning. He did an extremely thorough inspection using all the proper tools. Spent extra time in my attic on a very hot and super humid day. Double checked under insulation and took detailed photos and images with IR. Didn't try to sell me on a stain as damage for extra work. Educated me on what to look for in actual damage needing repair and how the tools are used to determine the required repairs. I actually use the same tools in my job for other uses but still nice of him to explain and because I use those tools I knew he was accurate/truthful in his findings. In the end I didn't need any work done and got a full explanation of why. House next to me wasn't so lucky, the company that came out tore their house up, maybe not needed. (same model, same water intrusion) I have been in the Quality Assurance for a well known company for over 2 decades, I can tell you these are the guys to call. They won't do anything unnecessary and will treat you with respect as a customer. Again, Highly recommended if you need these types of services.

Disaster Services did a great job for us! They came to give us an estimate the morning after we got in touch with them, then did the demolition and cleanup a couple days after we approved the estimate. Everyone we worked with was polite, friendly, considerate, and patient with all our questions!

They came out same day we called and helped us clear up what could have been a disaster. Great to work with and would highly recommend

As a general contractor, there is nothing worse than a water leak especially at 10pm. Paul and his crew arrived within 40 minutes and handled the situation perfectly including a difficult neighbor. Paul did an excellent job communicating during the dry-out process and was always prompt when meeting at the site as agreed. His crew was also professional and courteous. A+ job and would highly recommend this company.
