Kevin is amazing. He and his team did my pack back today. They were extremely professional and helpful. They took the time to be sure everything was handled carefully with no damage to my property. Kevin took on the task of putting the drawers back into my tool chest. It proved to be challenging but Kevin was successful in getting everything back together.
Walter did a wonderful and thorough job fixing the mold issue that was at our house. He went the extra mile to make sure the problem was fixed, he setup humidifiers, and an air scrubber too. He put the customer first and listened to our concerns. I highly recommend him!
Mr. Lewis came in and turned a disaster into a"it’s going to be ok." He explained everything he was doing from start to finish! He was highly courteous, professional, and expeditious in his work. I would recommend him and ServiceMaster by Elevate to anyone experiencing an unforeseen water crisis in their home!!
Walter Lewis treated me like family. He did an extremely thorough job, gutting my bathroom and identify all the areas of the mold. He went the extra mile and double and triple checked to make sure he removed all of the mold. He went above and beyond to make sure ALL of the mold was completely removed and mitigated. I would highly recommend him.
