We would give Rainbow Restoration 10 stars if we could. Sev and Erwin and crew were as professional and personable as could be. They were detail-oriented and simply did an exceptional job at every phase of our restoration project. The parts of our home that were damaged are now like new. We are grateful and recommend Rainbow Restoration without hesitation!

We recently had a water leak in our house, and luckily we noticed it early on. We called Rainbow restoration of Arcadia to come and inspect the damages. Sev and his team were quick to respond. From the start, they were professional, and what stood out to us was they took care of our house with care. They covered the floors, walls, and etc… The crew finished the demo within a day and set up equipment to start drying. When it was time to repair, Sev took care of it. He’s a licensed contractor which meant, we didn’t need to hire another person for repairs. They did the job from A-Z, from dealing with our insurance, to demo, to completing the job. We’re incredibly grateful for Sev and his team at Rainbow restoration of Arcadia.

My house had smoke damage from the Jan 7, 2025 fire in Eaton Canyon. My insurance assigned Sev to only take care of the textile cleaning. I was so impressed with Sev's immediate response, his care and professionalism during his initial inspection, and most importantly his knowledge of what would be needed for all aspects of remediation my entire house that I requested my insurance to assign the entire job to Sev. He arranged for an managed all the subcontractors.His team worked seamlessly, quickly, and effectively to get my house back in a safe state so that I could move back in as fast as possible. Sev was also very instrumental in providing recommendations for working with my insurance company that was also helped expedite the process. Sev and his team were compassionate and professional throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them and would use them again without hesitation if the need arises.

As a first-time homeowner, I had no experience dealing with home insurance claims or restoration services. After the fires, I kept hearing from friends and neighbors that I should open a claim with my insurance company - even though my home wasn’t burned down. I was confused. Rainbow Restoration did an incredible job! Their Team is top notch! Our home was a beehive of activity for many weeks following the devastating Altadena-Eaton Canyon Fire. We were pleased to find a company within our Community that could handle most of the work necessary to remove the smoke damages inside and out of our home. The attic HVAC was our greatest concern due to the dangerous toxins blown throughout the area by the heavy winds, fire and smoke! Attic was cleared, vents, cleaned, smoke damaged ducts and insulation out and new in. Thank goodness for our Allstate Homeowner’s insurance! Sev Mizakhani and Allstate worked very well together too! I am very thankful and grateful to ALL for getting our home back together again!

Rainbow Restoration and Sev were wonderful in getting us back to normal after the Eaton fire and the windstorm that night. We had very heavy smoke, soot and ash damage and they took great care in the remediation work. A big thank you to Rainbow Restoration!
