We had significant flooding on a Sunday and reached out to Wayne Wheeler with Servpro. Immediately coordinated his crew to come out and get water out of the floors in several parts of our building. Had his crew come out daily to check on equipment. Wayne stayed on top of everything. Made recommendations daily to ensure we were taken care. We had vip visitors on site and Wayne kept everything as tidy as possible while equipment was in place. We have used Servpro in the past and were taken care of but Wayne really went above and beyond getting us sorted out. Highly recommend giving them a call if you have issues. Couldn’t be happier with my experience.

I cannot speak highly enough about the Recon Team at ServPro. This is going to be a long review. But the TLDR: if you want to experience working with a team that works with you through a difficult time in your life, patiently and kindly, through everything instead of against you these are the right people to hire. In February of last year we had a leak under our kitchen sink that caused our entire lower kitchen to be ripped out and our entire downstairs floors to be replaced. After mitigation, I interviewed 5 different reconstruction companies including the one recommended by our insurance company. Out of all 5 companies, ServPro, and specifically Terry, was the only company that worked hand in hand with me through the entire process of writing an estimate and getting our insurance to approve the cost of reconstruction. We had not even hired them yet but Terry worked tirelessly without any complaints to make sure our very unreasonable adjuster gave us the money we needed to complete our reconstruction. Terry was completely transparent through the whole process and made sure we understood everything that was going on. The other 4 highly rated companies refused to either even show us the estimate they wrote until we hired them, or refused to even write an estimate until we hired them. The contrast in experiences was wild. Naturally we hired ServPro solely based on our experience with Terry and his willingness to work with us. Our experience after that was consistent with what happened before we hired them. Terry and then Chris, our project manager, worked with us through everything. Along the way, a 2 month project turned into 7 months due to unforeseen hiccups, but never once did we feel like we were fighting with ServPro to get what we needed. Terry and Chris were always on our side and if a mistake was made by their subs, or if their subs did not do the work per our standard they always made sure to correct it and do it right, at no additional expense to us. Fast forward 1 year and we called them back to fix some minor things that needed fixing before our 1 year warranty expired, and even that was such a pleasant experience. Chris no longer worked there so we got assigned a new project manager Taylor who was also extremely friendly and kind. We ran into some hiccups with the first subs that were hired at no fault of anybody in particular, but Taylor immediately understood our gripes and assured us he was going to remedy the situation and was sending new subs. Due to scheduling issues our project manager was changed again to TC who was also wonderful. He came with the subs and stayed the entire time they were working to make sure they did the work correctly. Just like our first experience, we ran into some hiccups and a 1/1.5 day project stretched into 1 month, but again, at no point did I feel like we were working against each other, they understood all our issues and made sure that we were perfectly happy at the end. In the end, despite things taking longer than planned, the feeling of working together to make things right in our house, and care and compassion that every person at Servpro has showed to us through our entire experience was invaluable during a very difficult time of our lives when everything was turned upside down. Hopefully we don’t need to, but I would not hesitate to hire them again if we ever go through another disaster in our home.

Hunter has been fantastic. He has kept me informed everyday through the process and has even cleaned the sewage caused by his temp workers. I would recommend him to anyone in my situation.

Robert and his team were very thorough getting our water damage dried up asap and didn't bat an eye at the amount of work it took to get the flooring taken up. They were professional and friendly and made every effort to make sure our questions were answered and we were satisfied.
