Continuing…. Joe worked very well with the claims agent at my insurance company and both were quick to answer a call from me. I hope the first part of my review is still there. In case not: Orlando managed his crew, the supplies and keeping me up to date. Crew very respectful of my stuff, and worked hard and long! thanks to all at Jenkins !

Jenkins Restorations’ water mitigation and asbestos abatement teams provided outstanding, environmentally friendly remediation services. The teams were prompt, knowledgeable, and dedicated. Ashley from the water mitigation team arrived quickly after notification by the insurance company. Floodwater in the 3 basement rooms was drained in an hour. Blowers and humidifiers were immediately deployed in the basement, and the rooms were completely dried in 6 days. In the process, they prevented mold buildup and immediately brought in an asbestos abatement team member to collect tile, drywall, and joint compound samples for laboratory analysis, and results were provided in two days. Anthony Williams, the asbestos abatement team manager, negotiated with the insurance for abatement work, as well as my stay in a hotel during abatement. Anthony walked me through the work required by the insurance to abate the asbestos-related materials in the basement. A 4-person team headed by Westin carefully boxed and moved all furniture and personal items to an A-Pod in preparation for the abatement work. It took 6 days from Monday to Saturday to complete preparation, abatement, and clean-air clearance work. My son and I highly recommend Jenkins Restorations for their exceptional work. Their dedication to safety, compassionate and empathetic approach, as well as emphasizing sensitivity and debriefing with photos, greatly eased the trauma from the flood and subsequent cleanup.

Thank you so much to the Jenkins team for rushing out to our home in two hours notice! Our home was flooded through the entire first floor and raining into the basement. They were able to get our home hooked up and dried out in no time, see photos attached. Incredibly responsive and respectful of our home. You will be in good hands!

Ashley and Kevin made my wife feel VERY uncomfortable. They were pushy and tried to get a contract signed that we didn’t feel like was in are best interest. We had 6 different quotes and Jenkins aurora was over 10k the highest quote. They also tracked mud in our home and didn’t west show protection. Do NOT use this company!!!!!

Ashley and Kevin were at our home within hours. Took care of everything timely, quickly. Within hours everything was done, cleaned up. Ashley and Kevin are both great communicators, and explained everything along the way. Thank you

Another Update: Back up to 5, Jenkins contacted us about the sofa and rectified the problem. We appreciate them working to repair/reimburse us for damages in a timely manner. Review Update: Dropping to 1 star for deceitful behavior. After over 2 months, we have finally been able to move our furniture back to its place and when we went to got to the sectional chair and ottoman that Jenkins moved to our basement during mitigation, we noticed rips along the top of our Italian leather sofa as if it was forced and dragged throgh a space to tight and shredded during the process. To add to that, we removed the seat cushion to vacuum it out proor to moving it and saw that one of the legs was shoved underneath the cushion. They knew they broke the leg and damaged the leather and said nothing! What's worse is that they concealed it, knowing that we would not be able to put our furniture back for quite some time. My advice, if you use this company, WATCH EVERYTHING they do and inspect your furniture after they move it. I wish they would have taken caution with our furniture and at least been honest about what happened rather than concealing it. We would have understood. But this is just unacceptable and deceitful. These types of actions over shadow any other work that they did. Stay away from companies that are not trustworthy. Previous review: Ashley and Jerry were amazing helping us through our home water damage disaster. They guided us through the process, responded quickly, and went above and beyond to make the mitigation as painless as possible. The team did a great job covering and protecting our home from damage during demolition and did all they could to leave things as clean as possible. I could not imagine things going more smoothly and I highly recommend Jenkins Restorations.

Ashley was very helpful and informative on the services Jenkins provided. The team sent out with Ashley was professional and quick with the job in our townhome. We would definitely recommend to homes that have experienced water damage.
