Just want to give a good shout out to Daniel. The technician Christian his supervisor and his team, Jesse Renee. Jasmine. Dina Arelic Anthony. For all the Great work they did from From the beginning with my office call to get a schedule. to technicians coming out and taking care of the work. Cisneros plumbing has never Disappointed us. Thank you so much for our new shower. I highly recommend them awesome teand always with a great attitude.

Water started coming up through our kitchen floorboards, so we had to call Cisneros plumbing. We had Jonathan B., Francisco, J.C., and others come out. From the very beginning Jonathan explained the process and answered all of our questions. The entire work crew that came out were delightful and efficient. Despite the rain they finished just as they said they would. We can definitely say we are satisfied with the work they did. If we were to ever get more work done, please send out Jonathan's team! This is our second time contacting Cisneros and each time their customer service is phenomenal.

So we had a small issue with our AC constantly dropping tons of water into our backyard. We called out Cisneros Bros and they identified the problem as our condenser freezing over. We had a few options but decided to just replace our entire AC unit as well since our system was over 20 years old and had been used daily since we had the house built. After a few conversations and $15K later we signed a contract to get a new one installed and they also fixed all of our vents in the house. Service was done fast and now we get efficient airflow through our house. $15K is a hard pill to swallow but it’s worth it as we don’t plan on leaving the house anytime soon lol. Very nice and informative staff. We see them so much on bear valley and we see why they are so busy. Great job overall and my house is now evenly cooled.

Cisneros Brothers were accommodating when they moved their scheduled so that Rene could inspect my home's needs on a rainy day. Rene was knowledgeable and also communicative with his reasoning and approach to the required repair. He provided multiple repair options so that I could make an appropriate decision while considering my financial situation. All in all I was satisfied with his work and services.

We called this company out about a year ago to service our water heater that was purchased from another company. Called these guys a few days ago because our water heater was leaking water. Robert came out the next day Informed us that our water heater that was only three or four years old had a crack in it which was the cause of a leaking water from the bottom. He gave us three options for replacing our water heater. We chose to go tankless which we felt was the best option and would save us money in the long run And won’t have to worry about the same issues that we would have with a water heater tank. Robert and Francisco started the job the same day. They were very nice knowledgeable And professional they were very happy to answer any questions worries or concerns that we had, they went over everything with us from A-to-Z. Overall we are very satisfied with the service we received. The unit looks so nice and the job was done very well. So far so good. we really appreciate honest businessmen. And they are definitely that. give them a call. You will not be disappointed.

From start to finish, I had a great experience with this company. Not only was the customer service over the phone excellent, but I felt taken care of every step of the way. About 30 minutes before my appointment, my technician sent me a text message with his photo and an estimated time of arrival, which gave me plenty of time before he arrived to handle the other stuff I needed done. The technician, Ben, was extremely friendly and personable. I’m not very handy, so I asked a lot of questions—and not only was he knowledgeable, but also very patient with me. He mentioned their membership program early on, which I found helpful. However, by the end of the appointment it did feel like he was really trying to push the membership, which was the only part of the experience I didn’t enjoy. Other than that, everything else was awesome, and I will definitely look to hire them again for any of my plumbing or AC needs.
