These guys and gals at Frontier Services Group-Gulf Coast are the best. They are very Professional, Courteous, Knowledgeable, and Highly-Skilled. I really applaud Joe, the Supervisor for taking out the time from being so busy working to answer our questions. He stopped without hesitation and explained to us in very intricate details the scope of the work that was being done. Joe is the epitome of a hard worker and dedicated to his clients. His pleasant attitude and infectious smile made our day. We are happy we chose the right company to get the job done right for us, the first time around. Job well-done Crew! Thank You All.

Michael McPherson with Frontier Restoration was a godsend! Awakened to a day of chaos due to a frozen pipe that burst, despite my due diligence and all my winterizing preparations! Nothing can prepare you for water pouring from your ceiling, ruining so much of your home. Michael responded immediately after contacted, showed up at my doorstep in less than two hours, and had his crew at my house shortly thereafter. They were all professional, compassionate, friendly, and accommodating. Michael explained everything in detail, offering elaboration and clarification when needed, and after I accepted his recommendations and estimate for the work, he wasted no time! His crew brought in their equipment, set everything up to start the dry-out process, and started pulling out soaked insulation from my attic immediately. Michael and his crew communicated with me throughout the process, and their knowledge and expertise were exactly what I needed for reassurance and peace of mind. They were a blessing in my troublesome times. Thank you, Michael and your entire Frontier crew!

Frontier Services showed up the day after a pipe burst in my bedroom — removed all the sheetrock and insulation from the wall and tiered ceiling and disinfected. Then set up multiple fans and humidifiers to dry walls, ceilings and wood floors. After a few days the floors still indicated moisture so they tented the wet floor area. After a few more days everything was dried and ready for the reconstruction. They saved my wood floors. Hopefully I will not have to use their services again but I would and highly recommend them to others.

We used this company to rid our Lake Charles studio of a really strong smoke smell. After the treatment (6ish hours or so) our studio still smells completely fresh with no hint at all of the odor that was extremely strong, even after several weeks of being treated. We appreciate their services so very much & would recommend them to anyone in need!

Supervisor Joe, Nino, and India were very professional and polite. They explained what they were doing, worked the best they could around our family and cleaned up perfectly before leaving. We highly recommend.

Joe and nino did an amazing job. On arrival Joe introduces himself to me and explained to me exactly what would he be doing today. Step by step room by room he let me know what to look out for and how to protect my AC unit. Joe answered every question I had which was very helpful being a first time homeowner. I look forward to seeing them next year to keep up my AC unit.

Joe P and his crew did a great job and were very professional and friendly! We had a toilet leak that destroyed carpet and some laminate flooring in our house, they came and removed the carpet, flooring, and baseboards and set up de-humidifiers. This has been a nightmare to deal with but they made it much easier! Thanks so much!
