The team at Sunlight Contractors is amazing! I called the owner, Mr. Ira, late on Friday afternoon because I had old insulation that needed replacing and he anticipated what kind of issues I would describe before I even needed to say it. He explained things very clearly and was very transparent on the work they would do and their pricing. He told me he could get someone to my house for a free inspection between 9:00 and 9:30 the next morning, even though it was a Saturday, and Clayton arrived exactly as scheduled. Clayton proceeded to go into my crawl space to test the moisture levels and he took a lot of pictures so I could see for myself. Clayton explained the condition of the insulation very throughly, and while the news was worse than I hoped to hear, he was very transparent in what work they would do to remedy the problems. Mr. Ira then spent his weekend writing a detailed report of the current condition of the crawl space for me. While we haven’t had the chance to move forward with the work because we just found out about these issues, I can’t thank Mr. Ira and Clayton enough for how they went above and beyond to help my family and me!

Sunlight finished installation of my spray foam insulation today. The crew was professional and courteous and did a great job with the attic. I wish getting things done was this easy with every contractor. It was a big decision and I feel like we made the right choice going with Ira at Sunlight. My house feels the way it should now and my AC actually cycles. The crew was helpful, polite, and you couldn't tell they were here after the job was done. The product warranty and contract were legit, while other companies seemed shady. I can't wait to see my energy bill this August. I recommend going with Sunlight if you want it done right the first time.

I don't normally leave reviews but felt the need to share the phenomenal, experience I've had with Sunlight Contractors. This was my wife and I first time dealing directly with a contractor and we were weary of the experience from the horror stories we have heard from people. Let me tell you that working with Mr.Ira and the team has been completely opposite from what we expected, and has quite frankly been the most gratifying experience we've had dealing with any company. They were completely professional and forthcoming with information, stood by their word and work. I would highly recommend this company. You won't be disappointed!
