By the time I reached the contents portion of this disaster, my head was spinning. A pipe burst and my entire basement was under water. The main portion of the basement was converted into my childrens playroom. Every toy that was held dear to my babies was gone. This was not only heartbreaking but to say that I was overwhelmed is an understatement. I had no idea where to begin. Little did I know, I wasn't going to have to do a thing. In walks the project manager Mike not to mention holding a box of donuts. I would call him a savior but it might just be too light of title for him and his crew. All smiles, very calmly they got to work and when I say they went fast, I could barely keep up with what was happening. As soon as this crew got to work, I immediately felt the weight lift off of my shoulders and just knew I was going to be ok. It honestly felt like I had family over my house helping me pick up the pieces after this disaster instead of some company working in my basement. What they were able to get done in three days would have taken me months and I can’t thank Mike and his crew at Paul Davis enough.

From the initial call to every call in between this company has always been professional and polite but more important personable. We had to deal with additional work around with health and hospitalizations and the team was extremely accommodating while completing the drying task at hand. Having a 100 year old farmhouse had concerns but this team worked hard and did check ups practically every day working around my schedule changes which I appreciate. I would highly recommend this company because of the quality of work and their expertise in explaining every single stage of this restoration to reconstruction.

A recent storm blew off a few rows of shingles on our home, causing leaks after nearly a week of no power. Within 24hrs PDR had a crew out to perform an emergency fix that went above a tarp, they replaced and color matched the shingles. Excellent job, will be contacting for more work.

We reached out to Paul Davis to complete an outdoor project. We'd removed an above ground swimming pool, and wanted to build a pavilion. It was not easy to visualize, but I had a rough drawing of what I wanted. Both the gentleman I signed a contract with and the project manager worked with me each step of the way to build the design and to update me at each stage to ensure our estimate of a cost was accurate, and we were happy with the results. We were/are very happy both in terms of the pavilion and our pockets - they worked hard and managed to stay under the estimated budget! One of the best benefits of working with Paul Davis is the relationships they've built with various skilled professionals. For each task, they were able to line up people who were highly skilled in that particular element of the job. They were also, every last one, pleasant to work with on the projects. Hiccups and delays (due to shipping not scheduling) were communicated and handled well. My family can't get over how stunning this looks. We will be enjoying it for years to come.

They really went above and beyond when it came to my homes restoration, they treated my home and all my belongings with care, my insurance adjuster was not easy to deal with for me and for them and I appreciate Paul Davis Restoration for dealing with that with professionalism and open communication. Mr Hogue, the project manager was knowledgeable and professional. He was here early to make sure his team arrived. They arrived on time and had the job done with in an hours time. Mr. Hogue returned when the job was finished to make sure it was done correctly. It was a vent up by our attic that needed replaced. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. I’ve in the past also used them to replace my roof. I would highly recommend the Paul Davis company.
