Exceptional Service from United Water Restoration Group of Laurel! I had an outstanding experience with United Water Restoration Group of Laurel. After their initial inspection of my bedroom and basement, they returned for a much more thorough follow-up and truly went above and beyond. Their response time was incredibly fast, and everything was handled with the utmost professionalism. Jash, Victor, and Harold were the team members who helped me today, and they were phenomenal. They carefully moved furniture to avoid any damage, opened a small section of drywall to inspect behind it, and then restored everything perfectly. Their attention to detail was impressive. They also took the time to patiently answer all my questions and explained the situation thoroughly, making sure I felt informed and reassured throughout the process. Their calm and respectful approach made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I highly recommend United Water Restoration Group of Laurel--and especially Jash, Victor, and Harold--for anyone in need of reliable, professional, and courteous restoration services. They truly exceeded my expectations!

10 30.25 When the bathroom pipe burst, flooding the garage floor underneath Water Restoration of Laurel was my immediate choice again. Tayo, the owner, came out on a Saturday night to survey the damage. Tayo's very capable team quickly got damaged wet items out of the way and started the drying process in the bathroom and garage area under the bathroom. Brown paper was placed on the floors and steps leading up to the bathroom to protect our wooden stairs and floor. The 70 year old sink and vanity were propped up until we can get removal and replacement of both lined up. During this process, Manager Josh and his very capable team came back for multiple checkups on the moisture level in the bathroom floor and wall and basement. If this review allowed 10 stars, I would give 10 stars.!!!!! We hope we don't need water remediation again. However I know who to call, Tayo, his amazing water remediation team and Tayo who has a warm heart. reflected in the attitudes of all his employees. And Kim, office manager who keeps everything flowing from phone calls to finish of remediation project. You CANNOT go wrong when you call Water Remediation of Laurel!!!!!

I contacted United Water Restoration Group of Laurel for a water damage evaluation. Initially, there was a miscommunication that caused a delay, but they promptly called me back that same night to clarify the situation. They scheduled an inspection for Sunday afternoon and arrived as planned. During the visit, they examined everything thoroughly and explained the situation clearly, including the next steps. I’m very happy with their quick response and professional service. Highly recommended!

I've had a really bad experience with this company. I had a water leak in my kitchen ceiling. On their website it states estimates and analysis are FREE. I made sure to ask if this was true before the rep came to my house. He didn't know therefore I called answering person made who confirmed with the rep. He came and took videos and they were instructed to await for insurance to confirm if they will cover this before anything was started. Luckily insurance covers the water damage portion. This company billed my insurance for things they shouldn't have/wasn't done. I requested an update to my invoice via email to Ms Kimberly who ignored my emails for one week. After she realized I will be the one to pay their company she sends me an email that insurance already approved their false charges. THIS COMPANY JUST WANTS TO MILK MONEY FROM INSURANCE CLAIMS. THEY ARE FALSIFYING CHARGES AND ONLY CARE TO GET PAID. They not only lie but refer shady companies ie the plumber who came to my house uninvited by me but because the water company called to tell him to come. I will never use this company again now that I realize how insurance claims work. I will contact my insurance to alert them what's going on. I will not be part of fradulent business dealings

We are beyond impressed with the service Tayo, Josh, and their team provided. We had basement flooding at 11 pm due to a clogged pipe. My father had just had surgery, so he was unable to manage the cleanup. Tayo came out and assessed things that night and stayed until 3 am to ensure everything was stable. He and the team returned every day for several days to check on things and complete the job. Tayo created a very detailed report with measurements, photos, and videos that is impressive! I've been telling everyone about the great work they did. We are so happy we chose this company to help us.

Our experience with the staff of United Water Restoration was amazing!! They worked so fast with our project. They brought in so much equipment to dry the floors after our main water valve was leaking. Tayo and his team were kind, courteous, and very professional! I would highly recommend them!

I had a late-night emergency, and they responded with urgency and professionalism, sending a plumber at the last minute to resolve the issue. Mr. Tayo is not only highly responsive but also genuinely passionate about his work, ensuring everything is handled with care and expertise. Hopefully, I won’t have to face another unexpected disaster, but if I do, I know exactly who to call. It’s rare to find such reliable and trustworthy service, and I can’t recommend them highly enough!
