Latrelle, Carolina, Tiffany and the rest of SunTrust's team were incredibly helpful in helping get my bathroom clean after a candle was left on overnight! They were able to come out and do an inspection only a couple hours after I first called, and were able to come to complete the cleaning the next day. Excellent communication throughout. Latrelle and Carolina were extremely helpful and explained everything about the process in detail.Since we were going to be offsite, they kept up constant communication with photos and kept us apprised daily as to what was happening They even arranged to have our drapes dry cleaned and re installed. Our family highly recommends Sun Trust! Our camper, that was in storage, was broken into and had someone living in it. We had no idea what had been brought into our camper. I felt super weird for months when a friend told me I should check for mold. I called suntrust and after confirming there was a large amount of mold from an old roof leak in my bedroom, they proceeded to open the walls and remediate the issue. They were super kind and professional but most importantly they were thorough and did not make a mess! The house was cleaned, the walls were closed back up and within 2 weeks I didn’t even realize any work took place in my house. Best part is, the headaches and congestion have disappeared. I called these guys for a project in Brentwood with very serious mold issues. There was mushrooms growing out of the floor!! Well I spoke with Latrelle who was at the house 2 days after we spoke. He was very fast at also getting the proposal out. Within the following week his crews were already on site treating the mold. Appreciate his expertise, good workmanship and fantastic customer service.
