Tony and Gary were excellent to work with. They responded in a timely manor and made sure we understood what they found and what steps needed to be taken to fix the problem. Their crew was very professional and polite throughout the work they performed. They were respectful of our property. We would highly recommend their services to anyone.

During a severe rainstorm in January, our office took in water. When I called SERVPRO of Beverly/Cape Ann, they responded promptly. The team extracted most of the water within two hours and set up blowers and dehumidifiers. Throughout the process, Gary and his team came back multiple times to assess the moisture level in all affected walls and carpets. They kept me informed at every stage and documented damages. Because of their prompt response and attention to detail, minimal damage was caused. The entire team was courteous and professional. The Servpro team was at our home promptly and handled the water damage quicky and undercontrol within hours. They showed professionalism amd team work in the remediation work during the next three days. All calls were responed to in a timely fashion.

If this could go any lower that’s how I would rate it. This business is a scam. I had them come because we had a leak in our basement and they quoted us almost triple what three other companies did. The boss was rude and ignorant and I would never recommend this to anyone. If you wanna be scammed and over charged and treated with no respect definitely come here

Service Pro was prompt in responding to our call for help and did a competent and professional job in drying out our downstairs room. The only problems we had were 1) we waited quite a long time to receive the invoice and 2) the cost was a bit more than I expected.
