I am very pleased with the entire process of working with these guys. Matt was quick to respond to our many questions and when we had even more, he sent out Nick to have a real thorough look to be able to provide us with an accurate estimate. The pricing was fair (we did our homework and got three quotes) and we felt it was the right company to go with. Now let’s get to Nick…this gentleman was on time, quick, easy to talk to and did a beautiful job. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves but our bathtub needed serious help and now it’s beautiful! I’d definitely recommend them!

I went from not being aware that this type of service existed to being a big fan! This company's name does not begin to convey the array of services they offer above and beyond refinishing bathtubs. This process is a true alternative to costly replacement of countertops, showers, bathtubs, and other surfaces in the home. Matt was responsive and helpful from my initial outreach--and his pricing was well below his competitors though his quick responses really made an impression on me from the start. Installer Nick was a truly a seasoned professional having specialized in this work for years--and he was incredibly meticulous in not only taking steps to ensure a great result but also in his protection of the surrounding areas. They have multiple color options for the finishes ranging from somewhat conservative and low key to bolder looks, and I was truly stunned at what a difference they made to my countertops, shower, and tub in this somewhat-older home. The refreshed and updated look is remarkable. There were a few smallish hiccups--and both Matthew and Nick were very proactive, and Nick took immediate steps to remediate one of the issues, such as the fact that the painter's tape used to mask and protect surrounding surfaces ended up removing some of the brand-new paint--and he was on it right away and reached out directly to the painter who had just painted to ensure that it would be remedied in a timely fashion. That type of care and concern for clients is not always easy to find though it is much appreciated. I have already recommended Boise Bathtub Refinishing (BBR) to my Realtor and several friends in less than a week as I'm amazed at the transformation they created!

The work was amazing!! Our tub looks like it’s new. Nick came in, did his magic, cleaned up and was out the same day. We could not be happier! And the price was very fair. Thanks guys (photo is after and the before)

Nick was absolutely the best! He does amazing work. He was quick, in and out in about 3 hrs and he left us with a shower that looks brand new! The floor is literally sparkling. He cleaned, sanded and refinished the whole shower in no time. We could not be more impressed with his work and his price can't be beat. He is the BEST! If you want to give your shower a face lift, this is definitely the way to go!

The best "contractor" experience ever! From the beginning when we contacted Boise Bathtub Refinishing they gave us many options for repair with no "hard sell." Once Nick the service person arrived he told us "Oh this repair is much less than I quoted for a patch is sufficient (vs an entire re-do of the surface of the tub.) Once finished - within 15-min - the bathtub looks better than new!! Amazing price too!!!
