A scam. They subcontract their chimney cleaning services. No pricing provided. Cleaner glanced at the job and quoted $750 for a cleaning. We settled at $450 (still ridiculously high) when I told him I wasnt interested and wanted to shop around. Called A1 to ask for pricing methodology and they said it's up to each techs judgement. Was told a manager would reach out. Never did. 5 star reviews are from bots. All from 2025. Don't use this company.
