We are thoroughly delighted with Just Us. Our project manager, Pat, kept us in the loop, gracefully handled all the twists and turns of construction, and was a positive force during a trying time. We experienced significant water damage due to a flooded toilet. Just Us was there within a hour and began mitigating the damage. The impact was substantial and involved loss of two bathrooms as well as half of our kitchen and wood floors throughout our home. Just Us patiently helped us work through the extensive insurance claim and get the payout we needed to properly rebuild our home. After five months of dealing with the insurance company, we worked with Just Us on detailed plans for the repair and additional enhancements at our cost. They had great suggestions and worked closely with our designer to implement all our ideas. Their flexibility and cost awareness greatly exceeded what I have experienced with other contractors During the actual construction we uncovered additional water damage/rot that had occurred under the previous owner. This work was not in the plan, but Just Us worked with us to address the items and quarterbacked the repair with additional stucco and roofing contractors while always looking out for our best interests. While this understandably impacted the schedule, they minimized the impact and got us back in our home very close to the original schedule. I cannot recommend them enough!

I wish I could give more than five stars to Just Us. John and Alec were hands down some of the best contractors I have ever worked with! They did a fantastic job with our mold removal and renovation in our living room and basement. Most importantly, John and Alec were professional, friendly and trustworthy. John is the absolute best as a contractor and project manager; he was always in frequent contact with me on project updates and schedules. I can’t speak more highly of Just Us! 100% recommend!

Jason and team are AWESOME!!!! They are beyond professional and really walked us through the whole process during our basement flood. They truly care. It seems like contractors are just trying to get the project done as quickly and as cost effective as possible. Just Us is detailed oriented and really focuses on the quality of their work. We will use them again in the future for any unforeseen restoration needs and also any additions or build outs on our home.

We received very professional and more important to us personal service from Jason. They were thorough in finding and getting rid of the black mold we didn't know we had! They walked us thru everything they did and honored the estimates. The whole team was great. John was awesome and completed the job. My basement is clean and mold free!

We put an offer on a house, and our inspection showed possible high levels of moisture throughout the basement. I got in contact with John from Just Us. He was incredible! He came to the house to check out the situation, answer all of our questions, and provide estimates. I would not hesitate to recommend Just Us to anyone if need of their services!

This company really means 24/7 service. They were looking at my basement and working to get the water damaged cleaned up within 90 minutes on a Thursday night. Left after midnight and back in the morning to do the next step. Highly recommend!
