Xpert Restoration was recommended by our insurance company after we had a small bathroom fire, and I’m so glad they were. Melanie and her team handled all of our textiles including clothing, blankets, pillows, and more. They spent nearly a week at our home carefully gathering, sorting, packing, and disposing of damaged items. Throughout the entire process, they were friendly, polite, and professional. We were out of our home for seven months, and during that time I needed some clothing returned. They delivered everything quickly, cleaned, and perfectly pressed. When it was finally time to move back home, Melanie’s team scheduled the return of our items promptly, and once again, everything came back looking great, clean, and organized. I had a water damage in my basement. And Richard was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Calmed me down and explain and walk me through the entire job process in the he did the job. That was very. Good at his job and after they basement was cleaner before they did the job. I give them 10 out a 10 and if anybody I don't have any water damage. I will request expert restoration any. And every time somebody hasomebody has a problem.
