Vortex Restoration

I highly recommend Vortex restoration! I dealt with Jose and he very easy to understand when he explained things in the initial assessment. The costs were reasonable and he eased my mind with an honest assessment. I did not feel like I was cheated at all. They had 2 men (Danny & Tony) out to my house the same day to actually repair my wall. They were efficient with their work. The cuts into the wall were minimally invasive. As I said, I would highly recommend Vortex for your restoration needs.

This was the one of the most professional companies if ever dealt with, they came quick to and accomplished the goal within a short timeframe. The test results came back clear. Jose was very easy to communicate with and his confidence made this process very manageable. Their prices were also very reasonable which always helps. We were in Camarillo visiting my aging mom when the fridge leaked and flooded the house. Didn't know who to call, but knew I didn't want one of those big national companies. So glad I called Vortex. They were at our house in 30 minutes sucking up the water. Jose, the owner, has been kind, patient and professional. He cheerfully accommodated our changing schedule to get my mom somewhere else. He knows the ropes on dealing with insurance. The crews were quick, clean and polite. Can't say enough good things about Jose Islas and Vortex.

I would give 10 stars to Vortex Restoration if I could. We had a flood at our house in the family room next to our laundry room washer & dryer. The washing machine overflowed. We contacted Vortex Restoration. Jose and his team (with their high tech equipment) arrived quickly and did a fantastic job extracting all the water and cleaning up the area. Jose was very helpful about the subsequent steps we needed to take and followed up with us afterwards till everything was resolved. Thank you Jose and your excellent team!!!!!

Great company to work with!! Jose and his team did an amazing job. I had them come out to clean the carpet in my little girls room.The carpet had terrible red stains I thought were going to be impossible to be removed but they got the job done! Happy with the result, I would highly recommend.
