I can't say enough great things about the Canandaigua office and team that was sent to my apartment units in Montour Falls. I called others and no one wanted to travel that distance. The morning I was notified of the flooding in the upstairs unit. I reached out to the Canandaigua office and asked if they could handle the situation today. The office staff Madison and Deliah outstanding in every way. They asked me to hold on for a few moments while they looked to see if they could juggle a few things around in order to get down there. Within 15 minutes they called back and said they would be on their way shortly. Every time I called the office there's nothing but professionalism, helpfulness and outstanding customer service. The team they sent out initially and on subsequent trips due to the damage in the two units were outstanding. I'd say they're a bit on the younger side but very professional, hard-working, organized, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and couldn't have been more helpful. The field team included: Jake, Jax, Zach, Pat, Nick, and Dan (hopefully I didn't miss anyone). It wasn't an easy project having to move and dispose of some bedroom furniture and also dealing with a semi upset tenant. They removed the carpeting and flooring in both units in order to get to the subfloor to start the drying process. Like I said, they were exceptional from the office staff to every one of the field team members. If there is ever another incident trust me I will not hesitate to give them a call.
