American Water Restoration saved the day!! My condo was flooded and AWR was recommended to me from an emergency plumber. So glad I was referred to this company. They helped walk me through everything! Helped me make a claim with my insurance, communicated and sent my insurance everything that was needed! The crew that showed up to help pack, do the demolition and the reconstruction were all very professional and kind. I have been so impressed with the quality of their work. The project manager Cosmen has been wonderful. He keeps me in the loop and always responds to me when I reach out. I can’t recommend this company enough! Thank you AWR!!! ❤️

My basement ADU flooded due to a burst pipe. AWR did partial demolition, along with the water remediation work to dry everything out. Chuy and his team worked quickly and accurately, taking the time to answer my questions and also take care of all of my personal items, either wrapping them in plastic or helping me move them out of the damaged area. They documented everything with before and after pictures, which was very helpful for my records. Chuy made an effort to address all of my concerns, including taking a video in between the walls to ensure there was no water stuck inside, and returning to check the moisture levels in the soil under my house. If you request to work with Chuy and his guys, you will be in good hands.
