Tony was very nice to me. Explained what needed to be done, when they could start, how long it would take, cost etc. Told me what to do so this wouldn’t happen again. The two gentlemen that did the work were on time, efficient, friendly and explained what they were doing.
We used Mold Experts to test the air in our house. The house is over 20 years old and while we have had no water in the house we were seeing an increase in sneezing and itching eyes. Tony completed the air testing and supplied a timely report. Luckily for us it did not detect any mold in our system. Tony took the time to explain the report to us. What I appreciated is that he did not attempt to sell us services that we did not require. I highly recommend Mold Experts of SWFL.
Fast amazing service following Hurrican Milton. Tony and his crew showed up and went above and beyond testing for moisture and following right up with a drywall cut and mold remediation. His crew is friendly, efficient, and a joy to work with in these less than joyous times.
Wow! I'm relocating to SWFL soon, and our home's seller is handling a decent size mold-remediation prior to closing. B/c I don't yet have the post-remediation documentation, (nor do I know the company they're using) I can't call them w/my questions - so I called Tony and explained my situation - he then SO GRACIOUSLY answered ALL my questions, AND some! Very pleased with the mold remediation service we received! Every worker/employee we encountered within Mold Experts was punctual, professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and so kind. The process of mold remediation was very quick (about 3-4 days turnaround). We were able to stay in our home the entire time minus 1 day in which we needed to leave for about 1 hour with our pets. Highly recommend Mold Experts if you are experiencing any superfluous mold or sinus issues. We are breathing much better now!
We had flooding 2 floors up, the Mold Experts came in and dried it all out. We ended up with little drywall that needed to be replace. When I had questions on what was done and why, i answers right away!
