75 and Sunny Remediation

75& Sunny is the appropriate name for this company. We were affected by the Eaton Fire & the owners & crew were with us from the beginning: from surveying our household items; from pack-out to pack-back. We don't have one bad word to say about this company. Their customer service was exemplary and if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

It was truly a pleasure having such a professional and friendly team assist our family during stress situation. We had a water leak in our kitchen, with a 3 day old baby and Matt and his team were amazing during the whole process. Not only was their work quick and professional but they went above and beyond to ensure our family was ok during the containment process. They even assisted with general questions and advice for my insurance claim process which was amazing. It truly felt like a friend was assisting us. Great Job Guys. I came home from work to discover our dishwasher had backed up and flooded our kitchen and dining room. I was referred to 75 and Sunny from my neighbor as they had used them for their recent flood. I contacted their office and within what seemed like minutes- 75 and Sunny arrived extracting water and setting drying equipment. They worked directly with my insurance on all the costs and made the process smooth. Matt and his team arrived everyday at the confirmed time and set realistic expectations. Thank you for your great customer service and making this difficult situation as painless as possible!

Can’t say enough great things about my recent experience with 75 and Sunny. My insurance called them out after our recent kitchen flood. Matt the owner and his team arrived immediately to start the drying process. They set up drying equipment and walked through the home with me showing different areas of moisture. They were very thorough and polite. They worked directly with my insurance on approvals and billing making my experience so much better than the companies referred out to me before by my plumber. Thank you for making this the best claims experience to date.

We woke up in the morning to standing water in our kitchen area from a dishwasher leak. Our plumber recommended another water damage company who had no interest in trying to dry our kitchen without ripping everything out. After the first flood company refused to work with me, I decided to call my insurance company. My insurance company sent 75 and Sunny out. The Technicians- Matt and Ricardo- showed me the wet areas and made a game plan to dry the area without ripping everything out. They were able to save my original hardwood floors and dry my cabinetry in place. This is something the company before told me was impossible. I cannot thank Matt and his team enough for everything. Our floors bring so much character to our home and it would not be the same without them. Thank you for working with me and for doing the right thing! It is nice to know companies like this still exist.

These guys were great. We had a leaky line to our fridge that got a lot of our wood floor and drywall sopping wet. We dealt with Matt at first and then Ricardo was the main guy that came and checked on everything daily. Great communication and a pleasure to work with. They made the billing easy too, as they just dealt with our insurance. Do not hesitate to call 75 and Sunny in case of a leak!

At our rental property, we had a flood in the kitchen as a result of a plumbing emergency. The team at 75 and Sunny were amazing from start to finish. Their prompt communication and ability to work with insurance companies took a lot of the pressure off of us and allowed us to deal with everything else. Their estimates were very fair, and they finished on time and on budget. Their workers were clean & professional. And the finish product was exemplary.
